Remarks
The college is average. Even though the repuration is good placements are not that good. The placement ratio us about 50% with average package of 4 lac
Entrance Preview
MAT - 90%ile. This is one of the best colleges which gives admission on MAT Score. So if you did'nt score good in CAT this is a good option for you
Course Curriculum Overview
The course was really good with a good number of subjects which gave a detailed study if the course. It also gave a good exposure to research. Also it has communication and personality development course which is really helpful. Additional language is compulsory subject but its difficult to learn a new language in such less time.
Internships Opportunities
Many companies came for internship. The stipend was based on the company. Some offered stipend whereas others did'nt. I was offered a stipend of Rs. 5000 in HR field but got really good experience.
Placement Experience
Many companies came but placement was difficult because of number of students in college which was close to 5K for MBA. I had to find s job off campus. The average package was about 4 lac
College Events
The university had a lot of ongoing events in various departments and one could participate in any of them. These events had a good level and gave a lot of awards. These included both technical, management and cultural events
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fees is expensive as compared to other universities. Though itz comparable to the private colleges of Delhi/NCR. The current fees is about 8 lacs which has to be paid in 4 installments. 1 on every semester.
Fees and Financial Aid
The college offers scholorship upto 90% which is really good for which you need to appear for scholorship test. It also has a tie up with many banks for loan
Campus Life
The college had a wide variety of culture as students are from different parts of country. Regural sports, cultiral and management events were conducted
Hostel Facilities
The hostel and food was really good. Canteens offered a variety of food. The college took only hostel feesbin begining which was 45K per year and food had to be paid on daily basis. There was nothing like a mess
Alumni/Alumna
Not really linked to any alumini network. The college provides a senior as a mentor but its really not taken seriously as I never met my mentor in 2 years. The interaction with seniors totally depends on an individual initiative.
Exam Structure
The college had internal and final exams to compute the final score. These were really hectic as for internals there used to be exam of 2 subjects in a day. Whereas for externals there did'nt used to be much gap in exams.
Faculty
There was a mix of faculty where some were really good and others were just average. Many faculty was recent college passouts without any industry exposure.
