Remarks

The admission process is too lengthy. It will take a minimum of 2 hours to pay fees but college provides us with too many good opportunities in sports and other events. Though this college has a large crowd than others then too many activities even celebrities also came for the event. In education, I would like to give 4 out of 10. No placement no carrier guidance provided by the college. Teachers are too hardworking and for extracurricular activities, I would like to give 9.5 out of 10. Ncc training is also provided by the college. I'll choose this college because it is nearest to my home.

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

Overall all kinds of course provided by a college so even after 12 if you want BCOM, BAF, BMS, BA, BBA OR and you cannot go to other all kind of courses are available here and I must say fees of viva college is lesser than any other Bombay colleges And talking about facilities all are postgraduate with P.HD or B.ED professors are there. Talking about faculty and students ratio I think both are equal means enough staff are there. Passing exam for my point of view is not difficult for this course Bcom(accounting and finance). Its all depends on your efforts but it was easy for me. Being an average students I suggest that those who score more than 50% in 12th and those who are really like accounting go for it.

Placement Experience

2

For course BCOM (accounting and financial) hardly 20% of people got placement. They provide placement after 5th semester. As I already started my teaching career so I don't need any placement, they provide placement up to 3-4 lacks p.a.

Fees and Financial Aid

If you are belonging from ST, SC, ObC then try in these colleges they are providing education in a very cheap rate that is only 500 to 1000 per year for cast certificate holder .for generals or open categories 18000 per year for BCom(accounting and finance). For full completion, of course, your fees range between 50000-60000 ( three years). Although many of my friends get placement who are secured 80-90% in last year I didn't get the same because I got 75%.

Campus Life

5

The overall infrastructure of the college is good it included in the biggest college in Mumbai city. College conduct many events many fest many days and annual function too. Good and healthy library books available there. The campus of the college is too big each and every sports equipment are available with college indoor outdoor both equipment are provided by the college. Yes, there is a social group in viva college they conduct many activities to planting plants on vanmohatsav to conduct Garba in Navratri.

Placement Experience:

At TCSC placements are quite good as anyone. Even the SOBO colleges and Mithibai don't have placements as good as us. So this is why I always dreamt of studying here because since last 6-7 years, Thakur College placements have gone better and higher.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The B.com is not a very comprehensive and complex degree to complete for someone who wants to pursue his/her career in finance. It can be referred as an initial start or push start for one's finance journey over the years. Also the relevance of B.com in real world is gradually decreasing day by day.

From semester 5, you become eligible for final placement and semester 3 for internship placement. many companies like Nykaa, Myntra, Duetsche Bank, Morgan Stanley, Deloitte, Zomato, Beerbiceps and more have visited. the highest package in history is 38 lakh per annum. The average is 8-9 lakh per annum. Around 70% of students get the college placement. My plan is to start my own business after college. I am although doing internships through college. Already done one in Beerbiceps and one in chorus call.

Remarks:

The good thing is that the college was not strict and was never forcing us to study rather it was seeing to it that it gave us proper advice and help us reach more towards my career goal. The bad part would be there were may staff which was very dull and was not kind, and no importance was given to correct their behaviour although it was evident by all.
