It was good college and you can opt if you score good mark in TANCET i preferred DGV since it was autonomous and no pressure like engineering college MBA course over all it was nice learning with lot of fun an excitement.

TANCET i scored 30 when I looked best college in chennai for my mark first college appeared in my mind was D.G.V and it was competitively good college during counseling it was filed very quickly and on 2nd day morning itself and I have got seat as a last person in that counseling session.

Course curriculum was excellent first semester was basics of commerce, economics, statics studied in B com and BBA to get knowledge for engineering and science student who opted MBA post UG there was separate account class was conducted for engineering and science student to get familiar account subject. Many of the class we need to prepare PPT and make presentation which was very helpful to improve our skills. Since it was autonomous whole curriculum was good and not too pressurizing when compared to engineering college MBA course.

Yes like all competitive college our college was also providing internship. Stipend is based on the field you choose. If you choose marketing as a major and do internship in marketing you will get stipend like our batch mate got. Or if you choose big company in finance you will not get stipend but might get opportunity for job in you do well your internship we had 2 compulsory internship and many other was offered according to student wish.

As far placement many companies came for campus recruitment like sundarram finance, Hyundai glovis, snap deal. Ford, etc since professors having many contacts of alumni which will ensure you will get a job when you finish your MBA. I was referred by alumni for axis bank exam and got selected before completing my fourth semester.

As a part of your study, you will need to conduct one major inter college event which will give you many exposure for you to improve your extra curricular activity and and enable you to get many other student in touch to increase your job opportunities many other small presentation from other college student, professor or any big head from particular industry also conducted once in a month.

Fee structure was good since I got ad missing through TANCET I have paid less amount when compared to management student who came directly without taking TANCET exam. I will suggest to get admission through TANCET so as to pay less fee compared to other college fees structure was feasible but now I am not sure how much they have increased over all I paid around 1.5 lac for 2 years.

There was government scholarship available. I applied for that but did not follow up hence not sure. But as far as education loan yes you can avail. One of my friend was taken loan Indian overseas bank.

College life was good and for ratio, 30 boys 30 girls many workshops were conducted and it was very useful we conducted and participated annual sports meet there was no religion or race economic status difference among students overall you can enjoy a lot with with your friend circle as classes timing is less when compared to other college.

Since I was not staying in hostel I am not sure about full facility given to hosteler but I can share what my friend told me who were staying in hostel. Hostel experience was good for them, room was good, but some time they faces water issue hopefully now that would have been sorted out.

Alumni network is very good and every year alumni meeting is conducted and it was very helpful for the studying student to get infership and job opportunity from the alumni network like how I hot my first placement through alumni network.

I would say exam structure was well designed .if you prefer any engineering college to study MBA there will be yo much of pressure in exam point of view and leaving your improvement of extra curricular skill at stake. But in DGV, being autonomous was a big plus , and exam structure is defined easy for non commerce student. Also which will help you to score good mark.

I got admission through TANCET exam and subsequent counseling held in Coimbatore. Once I chose DGV in counseling center they confirm my admission and I need to visit DGV college and give admission letter and finished joining formalities.there will be help center in the college separately for MBA student you can inquire there go further clear process.

All faculty member was too good and have very good knowledge about theri subject which is was very instrumental for me to get good mark in semester and improve my skills especially marketing professor was excellent and she made all of us to make presentation compulsorily hence helped to shape up our skills.
