Remarks

First of all, this is a girl's college associated with SNDT University, which is the well known university. College is located in the main area of Mumbai. We are provided with the good faculty and good infrastructure.

Course Curriculum Overview

Course curriculum is updated every year. Faculties here are mostly PhD holders in their respective subjects. They yeach very well. Industrial visits are arranged every year for the Industrial exposure.

Course Fees: INR 71000 per year

Placement Experience

Placements depends upon our marks that we score in overall eight colleges. However placement for IT and CST department are more as compared to EE and ENC. Almost 72 % of the students get placed every year with highest package of 10 lacs.

Campus is surrounded with trees and the atmosphere is also refreshing which has a good impact on our studies. Culural fests of IEEE are celebrated every year with great enthusiasm. Sports council celebrates Xuberance.

An Honest Review

Placement Experience:

The Campus placement of VNIT Nagpur is good enough. Students of 7th and 8th semesters are elegible for campus placement. Many companies visited in the campus some prominent names were google, Microsoft, amazon, Goldman Sachs, and many core companies such as bajaj, HPCL,BPCL etc. the number of offers made was 760 in 2024 and placement percentage was around 80 percent.

Placement Experience:

The placements in my college are pretty good considering the Fact that mostly its the Top 2000-3000 students from Maharashtra that make it to this college. The average Package offered in the college is Around 11LPA while the highest package last year was around 48LPA. The names of the Top companies that have recruited students from my college include Adobe, Amazon and Mastercard. The placement percentage from the past few years has been above 90%. My plans after getting the Degree is either to continue my Cricket Career as a Proffesional or to become a Commercial Pilot.

LIFE AT USHA MITTAL INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY.

i applied in difffrent colleges like ST. Francis college of engineering, borivali , Atharva college of engineering , malad etc. I didnt make it there as being a student belonging to the open category the cutoff for my desired branch was a bit higher whereas my college provided me with an opportunity to be eligibible for my desired branch.
