Scope of food Technology Diverse job opportunities in food industry

Course Curriculum Overview

They follow icar syllabus. Our 7th sem and 8th sem is all about industrial exposure programs like Inplant training and experiential learning program. Supporting faculty and the food science department is good and well experienced.

Placement Experience

Placement cell is there. Since we are the first batch and trying to contact many companies. Due to pandemic situation placement activities had been limited.

College Events

Arts fest and also select students for national art festivals.the completions are conducted between each departments with in the college. The trophy is rolling one. Union inauguration is also celebrated well. Management festivals were conducted by MBA department. It's a big event.

Fees and Financial Aid

E grants and scholarships provided by the university for top 10 students who don't have any other scholarships.

Campus Life

Big and vast library. Equipment are in good condition. More labs are setting up. Play grounds are coming. The work of swimming pool is on progress. Expansion of infrastructure is on progress. Computer labs are there

Hostel Facilities

Hostel is allotted in 2nd year. Seperate ug and pg hostels. Hostel rooms are shared like by 4 and dormetries by 10 or 11. Average rent per sem is 1800 Good food. Mess fee is around 2000 per month. Hostel infrastructure is also good.

Admission:

I choose this college because this was the best college I was getting from my rank obtained in KEAM. I cleared the cutoff for this college in second round.Admission here are given on the basis of their rank of obtained in either KEAM(Kerala engineering architecture medical entrance test) or NATA.

College is full of good vibes. Good environment for studying, very closr to nature. There is well equipped infrastructure. Good teaching and non teaching staff. A strict management make the college and students disciplined.
