Remarks

The placements of Sinhgad Technical Education Society are good. It provides you with great extra curriculum skills. The Sinhgad Karandak is well known college fest in Pune. It is one of the most recommended college for it's academic excellence purpose.

Course Curriculum Overview

Actually when I started with my course at the same year the engineering syllabus of pune university was updated than to the college faculties provided better exposure. Some faculties are really good at there end the thing just you have to be good enough from your side also.

Class Size: 40Course Fees: INR 408000 per year

Placement Experience

Actually right now I don't know much about the companies which shows up in the college during placements but I have heard that the placement cell of Skncoe is strong enough to get you placed despite you are good in your academic career.

College Events

The campus life is extremely great the technical events held or even the college fest are really amazing. It's like festival for you once you join the sinhgad group. It will be really worth if you participated in it atleast once.

Campus Life

While admission they say that wifi access is provided all over campus but it's not true the WiFi facilities are not that good. The college infrastructure that is the benches and all is also somehow old.

Hostel Facilities

I was in the sinhgad Institute girls hostel. The hostel room is basically share with four people. The hostel have time limitations for girls there are no limitations for boys hostel. The rooms are clean.

Hostel Fee: INR 70000 per year

Placement Experience:

From 7th Sem, students are eligible for placements and undergo placement training. Many companies has visited so far but the big ones are Godrej, BEL, Framatome, etc. The highest package for mechanical was 7.5 LPA and the avg package was around 5 LPA with a majority of job roles as GET. Placement cell is quite good. Students are eligible for placement in their last semester of course. There are many great companies that come like JP MORGAN, EY, KPMG. Average package of the college is 5-6 lacs but there are high packages according to the skills of the student. I'd like to go for master's after BMS. Different kind of roles are there for students to apply according to their interests in all the fields like finance, marketing, HR, consulting. There is training provided by the college for placemens and there is personal training for individual company interviews if required by students.

Actually I applied to various colleges but due to slightly less percentage than the cut-off Didn't get admission anywhere else for my desired branch. Choosing this college was not actually on my list but parents said it is good and well reputed too. Through my MHTCET exam i got enrolled in this college as it was the only one in my marks range regarding computer branch. I would i have got better colleges but the branch will be Electronics or mechanical or civil maybe. Our college has better campus area than other ones.The ambience is so so good. But from teaching and placement and internship perspective it is not so good than other colleges.
