Remarks

It's one of the best college of commerce and economics with a history of 103 years of excellence. It is also the oldest college of commerce in Asia. It has also been rated 'A' Grade by National Assessment and Accreditation Council.

Course Curriculum Overview

Our syllabus was upto date as decided by the Education Ministry of India. We were provided with enough industrial exposure. All the faculties and staffs were very nice. Mrs. Rekha Joshi was one of my favourite teacher.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 7000 per year

College Events

The college campus life was very good. We had 2 big college events every year. Brouhahas and Harshollas. I was a part of the art and cultural society. We used to do short plays. Both the events were huge and we got a tremendous response and active participation from not only the in house students but also from the other colleges.

Campus Life

We had a big library, a gym and sports corner. Table tennis, Basketball court. The college canteen serverd excellent food at a very reasonable rate. Back then we didn't had wifi in our college but now they have upgraded and are providing wifi connectivity in the college premises.

Placement Experience:

In 3rd semester of M. Pharmacy 2nd year we are eligible for campus placements and we can also go for internships and if selected we can continue there itself after the 6-month internship and everything is provided to us by college. MNCs such as Allembic , Sun Pharma , GSK , ZIM Laboratories , Lupin Pharmaceuticals , etc visits our campus for placements with more than avg package of 3.5 lakhs+. Highest Package was given of 6.5 lakhs and avg goes upto 3.5 to 4 lakhs (per anum) The placements are 100% guaranteed to the students and are given as per claim from years. I will seek a job in the QA department in a MNCs as per the campus placements.

Good Experince at VU

Placement Experience:

from 4th year all the students gets offers of placements. and from 3rd year students started getting Internships. also there is google dev groups club in house placements in our college. i don't know in details but from my side it could be 15lpa highest and lowest as in every colleges like 2,3lpa something arround. Almost 80% students gets placements who all are focusing on there carrer my plan is to get settle in luxurious lifestyle after getting my degree

My experience about my college

Before 2024,there were no cet's or entrance tests for the admission but since 2024 there is an entrance test you have to pass to take admission in this college.
