Remarks
Heard the course was Keralas best in Mar Ivanios. Good faculty and one of the most reputed college in Kerala, run by the Malankara catholic church. Good in discipline and politics is completely banned which is rare in Kerala. The college management also gives equal priority for other activities like theatre, arts, music , sports etc.
Course Curriculum Overview
The syllabus is really old and the technical stuff taught is really outdated. Old textbooks and old concepts are taught. Equipment study is over 10 years old. Yes, our faculty gives priority for industrial exposure, we have been to news channels, have got to work with camera and filming equipments etc.The faculty is excellent, Our HOD Dr. Sanjeev is really good with his subject and teaches us all about the industry and field work apart from the age old syllabus.
Placement Experience
None till date. except for career counselling and career fests conducted by the college with over 70 companies. there is no placement guaranteed by the college. There is a very strong alumni of celebrities including cheif secretary for the state, actors, politicians, writers etc.
College Events
Campus life was dull, the college union chairman was dismissed by the management which was unjust. there were no cultural programs in the past 2 years. The great IVANOFEST which is held every year did not happen during my period. It usually is big with over 10k participants.

Infrastructure is satisfactory with a basketball court and big- enough library with a huge collection of modern and classic literature. equipments like canera, lights, computer systems are old and outdated. some if those doesnt work too.
