Remarks

Because my elder brother also studied in this college in this same course. And I have got a lot of positive opinions about this college and their atmosphere . Before this I discontinued B.Pharm because It was expensive in Banglore so I had to drop it and my mind never put for it. Thats why I discontinued there. After it in the next year I joined here in this College .

Course Curriculum Overview

Our faculties were so good that we forgot they were our teachers sice they're so flexible and friendly for us. We were so happy that we got them as our teachers. As for the course curriculum , and the academics, everything was superb , the programmes , the studies , the labs , the projects , everything was well knit.

College Events

5

The campus life was superb , our seniors were superb , they were super friendly and we were too to our juniors . In our second year , we held EMEA FEST and it was by far the most memorable programme held in the college since we havent got onam that year because of flood , we held this Fest

Campus Life

Everything was good . But for the connection it was poor . Since we're in the vicinity of the airport , signals were jammed but we could call Okay . The library is spacious and well made .In our labs everything were there including LAFs , Incubator , PCR

Course Curriculum Overview:

Relevance of Pharmacy in medical field is unpredictable. Because to treat a disease condition medicine support is necessary. A registered pharmacist is one who compound and dispense medicine to patient. The also participate in formulation process in pharmaceutical industries. The syllabus cover almost all area of pharmacy. One of my suggestion is to include hospital training hours.

Placement Experience:

The college has a very prominent placement cell that provides special training in soft skills , logical skills, conduct mock interviews and also provide mentorship for students. Many pharmaceutical industries, clinical trial companies and retail pharmacy chains have conducted placement drives in Amrita. A package of 5-7 lakhs per annum is offered by most of the companies. The placement percentage is not up to the mark. I personaly plan to go abroad for pursuing my higher studies.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum had so many unnecessary subjects that had no connection with our courses like psychology, zoology etc. They could have avoided that. Jewellery Designing students also had to study advanced minerology . Which in my opinion was a bit unnecessary. Apart from that i learnt to improve my drawing and rendering skills. Learnt about new types and also the history of jewellery Designing. Tools and Machinery used.
