The college was set up in 2008 but became fully functional, teaching   various UG and PG courses, in the year 2009. It was a long harbored close-to-the-heart dream of the Ma‘din management body to render quality education after schooling to the less privileged of the society. It is a part of the Ma‘din management that runs various other schools and colleges, all dedicated to uplift the poverty stricken part of our society. It has been in news various times due to its Ramadan meet and collaborations with famous universities of Australia, Malaysia, etc. It also runs a polytechnic and an ITI college.
