Remarks

College was good. They more focused on theoretical knowledge but my course (MBA) demands more practical knowledge. So there is h chance of improvement in this area.

Course Curriculum Overview

The exam structure of course(MBA) has divided in 4 semesters. But the problem was, there's lack of practical knowledge of how to deal with different market situations. So that's be less usefull in securing on campus placement. Yess many industrial visits organized for the students like- HDFC, AMAZON, AU SMALL FINANCE BANK etc.

Placement Experience

2.5

Placement was good enough some good company comes in college like- HDFC, AU small finance bank, Amazon etc. Yes, I availed 60 days internship in Bennett Coleman industry of print media that provided by college. It's a part of course that compulsory for every student after 2nd semester.

College Events

3

College has it's own festival that called AURA in this all types of events held in college technical, cultural, management all types of activities. This is three day event where all students participate in different different activities/events. This fest is open for other colleges students they can also participate in this event and compete with various colleges the winner of each event awarded by some special price.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fees structure of my college is very feasible. It's divided in four semester per semester fees is 30, 750 rupees and on the addmission or 2st semester you will charge extra 5000 rupees for the university registration. Other than that before every exam of each semester you have to pay examination fees that is between 1700-2000.

Fees and Financial Aid

Yess college offers scholarship that depends on your previous course aggregate percentage. For example if you score 60%-69% in your previous course than you recieve 10% scholarship, if 70%-79% than you recieve 20% scholarship, if 80%-89% than 30% scholarship and if 90%+ than 50% scholarship. I opted for 10% scholarship because my aggregate percentage of previous course (BBA) IS 66%.

Campus Life

Gender ratios is almost 50-50, 50% boys and 50% girls. College provide all type of seminars (on all types of topic) approx 2-3 seminars in a week. Extra curricular activities are less in college as I say ther focus on theoretical knowledge. In college there are all types of students comes from different different places among india. The environment of college is very friendly all the students freely talk to each others.

Alumni/Alumna

College senior was nice most of them are intelligent and very friendly. They discusses there experience with us and give us some good advice to gain some extra knowledge.

Admission

I heard about this college from my family friend. He said me that it's a very good college for MBA so I opt this college. Factor that made me choose this institution- 1. It's very near from my house even on walking distance, so it's very easy to go there. 2. Faculty was so experienced. 3. Very good for extra curricular activities. 4. Provide time to time extra seminars of successful person. Procedure of addmission- 1. Firstly I give a written exam or RAJASTHAN TECHNICAL UNIVERSITY for the addmission. 2. After exam according to my marks in that exam they alot me 3 College for addmission (IIIM, SKIT, MAIET) 3. I choses MAIET(MAHARISHI ARVIND INSTITUTE OF ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY) 4. Then I go to college with my parents and there I show them the entrance exam result. 5. After that all fees structure told by them and next day I deposit fee that's my addmission was done.

Faculty

3.5

Tentative numbers of lecturers in my coures is 7. One lecturer for one subject. Average age is between 37-40 There Qualification PHD holders, 10-15 years experience in marketing/finance/HR department, teaching experience in this field (MBA) of 7-10 years. They are master in there particular subject because they have lots of experience in that area so they helps us to gain some extra amount of knowledge of those areas. But problem is that there is lack of practical knowledge, because college doesn't provide any facilities to the students of practically doing anything that they learn from various books.

Birla Institute of Technology - [BIT], Bachelor of Technology [B.Tech] (Electronics & Communication Engineering)
Reviewed on Mar 2, 2025(Enrolled 2025)

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is vast and allows a student to explore all the possible options to take before deciding on one . The field of elctronics and communication engineering allows one to deal with electronics and learn all the possible tinkering with them which is a very fascinating part as all the gadgets possible today were made of them. The curriculum does satisfy this thirst by teaching about them in the class of electronics and electricals and then experimenting in the lab with them . The areas for improvement could be that if a student is interested in a specific field then should be allowed to venture that field throughly instead of sitting in every class , but that is an imrovement for the indian education system as as whole . The classes of every subject does occur frequently and and exams take place every month in a form of quiz or proper pen based exams.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because I like computer science and I can see my future in this course. The current ratio in computer science courses is around 1:5. And we don't have technical communication teaching at present and the college is saying that they will recruit teachers as soon as possible. The student-teacher ratio in all the branches is around 1:3. All facilities are well qualified and teach well but they are not permanent and hence they may or may not be changed next year. There are two semesters in each year and an examination is conducted after each semester. The difficulty level of these exams ranges from moderate to difficult.
