College is good as per learning aspect but lacks plasments.
Course Curriculum Overview
Exam structure was not so good as there were delays in exam dates as well as results. Also there were no industrial or other vists organised by the college. But learning system was very good. Profeesors were highly qualified. College provided placements to some top students only.
Placement Experience
Honestly the placment of the college is not good. Only some students with top grades got the placement.
College Events
Every year there is a cultural program hosted in the month of september. Students of college participate in it and it lasts for about a weak. There is also a intra college sports event held anually by the college. Cultural program is hosted since 2000.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Fee structure is college wise. After every 6 months you had pay about 5000. Admission os free of cost. The total fee of my course was 40000. If you are not able to pay your dues You can aply for scholarship. Scholarships are decided acording to your household income.

No, i dont apply for any scholarship. But one cap apply at the time of admission. Scholarship is decided as per your household income.
Campus Life
In college campus the number of boys was twice that of girls. There is a student society which promotes enviromental issues. There is zero tolerance policy against racism. Regular debates are organised for students. College has its own library and museum.
Alumni/Alumna
Seniors helped us a lot in our studies and other activites also. They always supported us. We had regular talks with our seniors.
Admission
I was intrested in social studies so i opted for this course. As Govt. Degree College Pulwama was only 5km away from my home and had good faculty so i opted this college. Admission process was simple. I had to submit my makrs sheets of class 12th,10th and identy proof. I joined the college on August 2012.
Faculty
Faculty was highly qualified. My course was divided into 8 colleges . I had 5 subjects and in each college each subject was taught in about 100 lectures.All Lecturers had relrvent certification and were highly qualified. In my department there were about 25 lecturers.
