Remarks

Clerical staff can be better, it is not that they are good but the cooperation offered by them to students is not good.

Entrance Preview

MH-CET, 184/200, I already had made up in my mind that no course other than MBBS suits me so I had no other option. The admission process is completed in respective towns of different regions in maharashtra.

Pretty enjoyable social life with equal sex distribution even in diversity. Students from all over Maharashtra from different communities together with students outside maharashtra . Extracurriculars are always part and parcel of our campus with desire to excel prevailing.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel is pretty good and situated in a very descent area. Hostel fees is quite cheap and affordable, food is also good.

Annual global alumni meet occurs to orient students with the respectable and renowned docters of the same campus. Seniors are like elder brothers and are a blessing.

The course is standard for all MBBS courses. There are theory lectures and practical classes. Hospital exposure begins in the second year onwards. Current revisions in the course like introduction of logbook etc are unnecessary and time consuming.

Course Curriculum Overview:

MBBS is definately a tough course. along with being tough, it also puts some responsibilities on your shoulders as you will be treating real people with real problems in the real world as you complete this course. while studying, students should focus more on 'why' and 'how' type questions than 'what' type of questions. the major exams are conducted in 9 semesters . each semester is of 6 months + 1 year of compulsary internship.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The current curriculum is comprehensive based curriculum. Here practical knowledge is more important than bookish knowledge. So now spending more time in wards is of greater importance. Exams are held accordingly - 2 internals, 1 prilims and 1 University held by MUHS. Each exam is followed by practical examination. This curriculum will help to build good doctors rather than bookish doctors.
