Remarks

I received it through the All India Quota counselling after giving my NEET UG exam 2019. This college has a good review and also it has comparatively a slight less tution fee!The college has a vast campus and good healthy environment.

Course Curriculum Overview

College is very good, with well equipped laboratories, best faculty and clean environment. Hostel is the worst part, don't have proper water supply, mess food is worst than the meal given in jails. Beds are too small to hold the tall boys like us.

Placement Experience

Internships are good, but with less patient counts, there is a huge intellectual problem between interns and local patients. Since I am only a first year medico, I don't have that much knowledge about placements.

College Events

Very boring, no proper culturals, students had to bear their own money which is also a huge amount. Boring and traditional type culturals. Festivals are rather seminars or lectures where there are no fun!The management always support the South Indians and always gives a gloomy look to North Indians.

Campus Life

No wi-fi. Campus is clean and healthy. But no proper internet connectivity is there. Library is only for show, no use for students, no proper sport activities. Labs are very good and equipped. Hefty fines of 5000 to 20000 for small mistakes.

Hostel Facilities

The college forces you to stay in their in-campus college, by taking huge amount of money and would make you sign a form where it is written that you cannot leave hostel before your course. Hostel is the worst part of College. No proper water supply, mess food is hell for North Indians, frequent ragging and assignments from senior.

DRNGPIT is a tough gig to survive!!

Campus placements happens and happens usually from September to December. Every student's are asked to appear for the interview rounds and these opportunities are provided to us in our second last semester. Mostly all are placed before the final semester of theirs.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum we have is set by the government so we can't change it but when it comes to an elective subject we can't choose it, the college decides it on behalf of the students. for a semester there will be 2 cycle tests a model exam and then the final exam. they will train you well so you can easily get above 80% in your final exam if you follow their instructions.
