Remarks

Sir Parshurambhau College has a very good reputation, teaching quality is excellent. It is one of the oldest institutes in Pune. The campus is also very nice, that's why I chose it. Plus the atmosphere is very educational and safe here. Placements are good and it is located in the middle of city so easy for transportation.

Course Curriculum Overview

Computer Science faculties are very good. They are always available to clear our doubts, to help us & to encourage us. The teaching is practical based, since computer Science is a practical orientated course. Course syllabus is updated by SPPU but this course has became autonomous from last 2 years.

Class Size: 80

Placement Experience

We have got good placements for Computer Science degree course. Many candidates are placed by Well known companies like Infosys, Wipro, Cognizant, etc. Placement cell guides us in preparation of placements.

College Events

Overall campus life is very amazing. There are various extra curricular activities and festivals celebrated. There are also educational events dedicated to each department. Many seminars and lectures by experienced people in respective fields are arranged regularly.

Course Curriculum Overview:

the course culicurumes of collage of mangemnet of compter science , yavatmal is revalvent and provied good foundation in computer science concept. the curriculum is helpfiul for understanding theoretical concept and basic pratical skills. it prepares student for entry-lavel jobs and further studies like msc or mca,however ,it is more focused on traditionla topices and lacks exposure to morden technolokkgies such as cloud computing , data science, and advance fremworks which are importent in todays industry. the teachinf methods are mostly classroom- based with practical session in labs. overall, the curriculum is decent but needs update to match current industry demands.

Promising campus with room for better faculty.

Placement Experience:

After sem 4 we get final placement companies in the campus there are total 200 plus companies come to the campus till september to november almost 35 companies already come to the campus. The companies are ICICI, HDFC, RISHAB WORLD, INSYNC, DENSTU, ITC, BHARAT ELECTRONICS, CORDELIA CRUISE, MORNING STAR, NOMURA, NYKA, NAUKRI.COM. the highest package was given by a company name bharat electronics for HR specialization is 12 lakhs per annum. Almost in my time there 35percent get placed. I plan after degree is first 3-5 yrs in corporate lufe then after own business.

Placement Experience:

After completing the 6th semester students can apply for campus placements. The placement is average or I may say good although the highest package is not that good it is around 13 lpa. The average package is 3.75 lpa. Around 70 9f students get placed.

Essentials of GHATI

Remarks:

I wanted to become a doctor and serve people in my area. The college is one the best in the state and nearest to my town. I was selected by the NEET UG exam and was enrolled to this college. I love this college and it provides one of the bestest medical learning experiences.

I applied in this college because it is government college and is situated in the heart of the city where it was very easy to reach in addition there are many hostels nearby so the area is very reachable. My college is one of the best college in pune hence i applied in it and got admitted. I also applied in one other college but cutoff of that college was much higher.
