Remarks
The teaching is very good as compared to many colleges in the same league. And also the campus is situated in an isolated area which is an adding factor for us as we require silence during our study hours.
Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculum was very interesting and we were all very excited to learn new things. Also the course had a new face and was an updated version of MBBS. So we didn't have the same format of exam, neither did we have to study the same number of years. We also were exposed to clinicals very early as early as the first week of college. They just didn't want us to have just theory based knowledge but also wanted us to have the practical knowledge. For every important topic which we had we were shown a patient with respect to that topic which made it easy for us to cope up with learning. The faculties were some of the best as they understood our needs to learn the respective topics more efficiently and engaged us in many such activities which were useful for us to understand the topic in a better way.
Internships Opportunities
Our college has its own hospital where we are supposed to do our intership, we can also change the hospital in which we do our internship. In this place the stipend offered by the college is very low as it doesn't make any sense for us students who work so much to get paid only 2000 per month.
Placement Experience
As the medical profession is at demand because very little people choose this profession there are very good demand and good placements. As it is easy to get a job in any private or government hospitals.
College Events
Campus was always fun, we had many functions and extra curricular activities most of the tine. We have the fest once a year and there are many events to choose from which were all different and entertaining. Many students choose to participate and keep the fest in high colors.
Hostel Facilities
The hostel is very good and the facilities provided are quite good, thought the ac room is better than the normal ones as the climate here is very hot and humid. So people moving here from cold climates would be better of with AC. There are many number of rooms in the hostel as the hostel is very big amd designed to hold a very large number of students and it is easily available for new students without any trouble.
