Remarks
College was in the same city. Also I had scored less marks in entrance exams, it was quite easy to get admitted here. Also the sister institutions of the university are well renowned. The courses available here are in collaboration with many big tech giants like IBM, CDAC, Xebia, etc.
Course Curriculum Overview
The courses are very poorly managed. My course specifically was in collaboration with IBM, we barely received any academic help from IBM. No proper study material was provided. Also the teacher part here is exam oriented which I personally dislike. If you are someone who just wants a degree, then this is for you else don’t come, because you will only learn things which will be asked in exam. The marketing done by the university has be done efficiently, the inside story is whole different. The university says they have 100% faculty from IITs and NITs but its a hoax. Half of the faculty has passed out from same university or are pg students of same university. I have been a student since 2 years and I have came across just 1 IITian faculty. Overall you won’t get a good faculty, they’ll barely be able to teach you. You will have to do everything yourself. The students here are below average, who don’t know basic things. The environment here is too bad.
Placement Experience
The placement opportunities are good for freshers. Most of the companies are mass recruiters. You won't get a dream package quite easily here.
College Events
The college holds many technical fests. It holds many conferences with international participants. But the participation from college students is low. The events are very huge, they go on for weeks with sports and cultural fests which the students enjoy.
Campus Life
The only thing good about my university is the infrastructure. It's spread over 300+ acres which is wifi enabled. It has 4 canteens overall with good food quality. Also the college has big amphitheater for festivals. It also has 2 big sports ground
