Remarks

I appeared in MAKAUT-CET (Batch 2) in 2018 for getting admission. It is very very easy exam, just like water, I just have to give too easy question on general things. I scored 80%. You can also get admission without exam. Just contact the college.

Course Curriculum Overview

Some faculties and non-teaching staffs are very helpful in inside and outside of the college but some are not. But every teachers are very friendly to me. If you want a average college with average fees it is very good option for you.

Course Fees: INR 120000 per year

Placement Experience

Placements and campusing facility are available for all students. It is better than other college who want 4 - 10 lakhs for same facility, nothing different. Job offers you can get sales executive, sales manager, data analyst, other back office jobs etc. If you try hard you get more placment here.

College Events

Every year a college fest and fresher's party are held in college. Many renowned music band in concert and magician come to show magic. No extra amount charged for those festival. Just Basant Utsav, Saraswati Puja. Fresher's Party, teacher's day celebration isn't well organised.

SXC is an old pedigree!

Placement Experience:

Companies of all domains like the Asian Paints, EY, Nestle and HDFC Bank among all of them come to SXC. Biggest placements so far has been of 20 lakhs or so when one of the student was placedat such a package in 2024.

At our college placements are good and many core companies or finance and IT are here for placements and intenrships as well. Average placements from what I have checked is around 4-5 lakhs per year for B.Com (Hons) students.

1)From 6th semester students become eligible for campus placement. 2) Cognizant , TCS(most fav), Wipro, startups, IBM visit for recruitment . 3)In 2023 highest was 45lpa by amazon average is 4.5lpa. 4)From our Hostel each and every senior get placed. some with good package like tcs digital, even off campus (2025). 5)My plan is to take a job and enter in IT firm to learn and teach new technolgies through my YOUTUBE.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Personally i opted for electrical and electronics instead of the branch of my choice is because my scores were not enough to secure a seat in CSE. But EEE is pretty cool as well for those willing to grow in this branch. Our curriculum exposes us to the rapidly growing sectors in the industry and educates us of all we need to know about the course in depth. If you want to continue ahead in a research field, this Institute is the most supportive. The exam questions are also relevant enough and considering we only need to actually stress over end semesters, its fair enough per semester. It would be better if our professors removed the attendance criteria rest im fine with everything else
