Remarks

Huge interest in tech, Hostel and mess facilities are great, college organizes Khelo India hence best place to practice any interested sport, one of the biggest fest organizers, Professors are mainly from IIT's so great learning experience and Great Campus Placement

Course Curriculum Overview

Syllabus is up to date, big tech companies like amazon, mercedies, High radius, Accenture, Infosys etc reside inside the college campus. Faculties are mainly from IIT's and NIT's. Prof. Soumya Ranjan Jena is a great maths teacher.

Class Size: 70Course Fees: INR 1600000 per year

Hp, Accenture, High Radius, Infosys, Amazon, Adode, Oracle, IBM, Lenovo, Dell, Microsoft, Deloitte, DBS, Endurance, Novartis, Hyundai, Mercedes, SAP, Suzuki, ZS, Directi more than 100+ companies visit KIIT every year. Highest package offered is 39 lakhs. The placement scenario of CS and IT stream is very good as compared to the others. Alumni networking is great. Dutee Chand is a notible alumni from KIIT.

Technical culture is vast and very competitive, KIIT oraganizes one of the biggest fest in India, participation is very easy, fest include music, dance, drama, film making, fashion show, robo wars, hackathons, young innovation challenge etc

Campus Life

Think of any sport it's there in KIIT because it organized Khelo India 2020, 5G wifi, one of the well equiped library in India. Swimming, boxing, table tennis, tennis, badminton, basketball, archery, shooting, football, cricket, volleyball, gym, wrestling, weight lifting, hockey, golf etc every sport has its seperate ground stream vise.

A quick view on KIIT university from a Fresher

Placement Experience:

Placements are pretty solid in KIIT university, the average goes around 8 to 9L every year and max package was about 56L in 2023. Being a fresher i am not sure about 2024 results yet, but many companies do visit college during placement season.

I want to pursue business on my future that' why I opted for this course.The prepration was not so well but ya it was average. The time they give for paper is very shortly they just give one and half hour for 30 marks paper. The teacher should make the course interesting rather than making it tough and boring. In 6th semester, Placement opportunities are available and the criteria is more than 7.0 CGPA,No backlog. Based on the company criteria Many companies like TCS,Tech Mahindra, Wipro,Q-spider, Flipkart, Infosys, Aditya Birla group and 50+ others companies,No offers more than 330+ 75% of students are placed. Highest package is 18 lacs and Average package is 3lakhs based on the companies. More than 75% were getting placements. My plan is to getting placed in company approx package 6lacs per annum with job security

According to seniors , placements are good and decent comparing to other nits . After 6 semester , company are hiring for placements . Many companies has visited more than enough . Highest package I seen in 23 is 1.12 CR in rubrik from senior . My plans after degree is doing sde job at company.
