Remarks

I choose this college due to good facilities and also i have known to know good reviews from others who had previously studied in this college,I opted this course because it is a proffessional course as medical course which i am so interested

Course Curriculum Overview

Course syllabus is 4 years as the university exams are conducted as semester exams which involve practical schools in the seventh semester to update our ability and to develop our skill in this course which will be very helpful in our future

Class Size: 54Course Fees: INR 422000 per year

Placement Experience

0.5

No placement in this course as after this course we should go for training for 6 months and then after completion of this programme we will be known as registered pharmacists and there will be few exams to go for abroad countries to work there as a pharmacist for better salary

College Events

In first and second year there was college day later it has not been conducted due to several problems in our college which makes us unhappy as it should be conducted to develop our extracurricular activies and participation involved is good

Campus Life

No sports facilities and wifi,size of the library is normal and minimum equipments in the lab as some equipments are not working at all as especially in pharmacology lab which would face problem in our university practical exams

IIIT KOTTAYAM - a Honest review

Placement Experience:

As seniors said the average package is around 10lpa.If you have descent skills and above 8 cgpa you will get this average package. If you upskill yourself with effort which many students do here then you can also get above 15lpa which many seniors got.The highest package was off-campus by an ECE Student in Google despite having cgpa around 6.He had very good skills as a full stack developer.

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for placement from the 7th semester and internship from 3rd semester. You can apply for internship on your own right from first semester but college gives aid from 3rd semester. The major recruiter is ISRO which offers 40-45 jobs for aerospace engineering. Also other companies like CDac Airbus Boeing and DRDO and HAL visit for recruitment. Nearly 85-90% students get placed while some opt for Higher education and research too. My primary goal is to get into ISRO also I will be preparing for gate examination to complete my IIT dream.

The course doesn't require any entrance exam. Eligibility is to pass plus two in science with min. of 50%. Application is through Akshaya centres. The application fee is about Rs100. Crescent college is one of the best college in Kannur that provides the course B.pharm. They also provide other pharmacy courses like D.pharm and Pharm.D.
