Remarks
First thing that comes into your mind when you see this college is that INI status. This is an Institute of national importance ( like IIMs & IITs) and is associated with Ministry of commerce. The fees as you can see is much less than any other conventional MBA Institute. Also it is few of the colleges that offers MBA in retail.
Course Curriculum Overview
The syllabus feels a little bit traditional but teachers are able to explain it in a very modern way and with good relevant examples usually. If you talk about faculties, few of them are really good & they would make you fall in love with the subjects. If you talk about industrial exposure it is not up to the level.
Placement Experience
My seniors were interviewed for the internship programs and few good companies ( Decathalon ) came as well. Talking about the placement due to coronavirus a lot of my seniors haven't been placed but most of them are working with the companies they have already interned with or have picked up other career options.
College Events
All the departments usually have their own fests, the crowd is usually the students of the college itself and not many students from other colleges are invited. But in other events like sustainability exhibition, summits, workshops, & other departmental events, students from other colleges are also invited. Departmental events are funded well but the college first which I don't organise my students are usually mid-level funded.
Campus Life
The campus is beautiful and there is greenery and parking facilities, library, labs for designing students which are not so important for an MBA student but it is part of the infrastructure. there is an amphitheatre, auditorium, a sports room which is not up to the level of volleyball court and concrete basketball court as well. Sports facilities aren't that good though. The computer labs are hardly ever used but in shape.
