Remarks :

It's popularity. One of the best college in Kerala. Nearer to my home town so I can study as a day scholar. The campus of the college is one of the most attractive thing. Maharajas college is a government college so fees for the course was affordable, and additional fees such as exam fees,cultural fees etc are cheap and economic. Teachers are very supportive and they have immense knowledge and experience.

Course Curriculum Overview :

Course gives a wide range of idea of the subject. Syllabus is updated. The last semester research topic almost related to current trends, so we have to study or aware about those phenomena. Teachers were very supportive and they help us.

Class Size : 16Course Fees : INR 5600 per year

Placement Experience :

Science and commerce students have got chance for campus selection. Established companies visit and recruit students directly to their companies after the process of selection. Also college conduct job fair.

College Events :

College organize cultural programmes such as youth festival and other competitions to find out the talented students and send them for higher level participation. Almost every department conduct seminars and programmes to enrich the academic background for the aspirants. College has won many prizes in cultural programmes,sports.

Campus Life :

College has synthetic track and a very well football ground,many students and public use this ground for their sports activities. college have a central library which contains wide range of books, also every department have their own library so student can easily choose the academic books from respective department library.

From 4th semester, students become eligible for placements ie; at the beginning of second year itself . Students are eligible with a CGPA of 7 for most of the companies visiting Amrita School of Business, Kochi. Most of the banks like Federal Bank, South Indian Bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank, ICICI BANK etc comes for placement. Also PWC, Deloitte, BNY Mellon etc comes for placement. Many marketing companies like World of Stones, Exide batteries etc will come for placements. Good companies are more coming for placements. Avg package is 6 lakhs and highest is 14 lakhs. Almost 98% gets placed from college.

Placement Experience:

From the 3rd year onwards we could attend placement interviews and many companies used to approach our college but mostly IT companies as I was in civil dept the construction companies were very less or NIL. In our batch, most of the students got placed and many offer letters but the only disadvantage was the offers were not from the core companies.
