Remarks

University provides with good education and also has very good ratings and is quite popular university in uttrakhand. Campus is huge and very peaceful, I appeared for neet but didn't able to secured good rank so my second preference was this university

Course Curriculum Overview

Course is well updated and good industrial exposure is provided also the internship opportunities in big companies like Nestle, parle etc. Faculties are very supportive and always ready to help. Also, solves query regarding which career to choose

Class Size: 24Course Fees: INR 48000 per year

Placement Experience

Placements are fine but does not offer good salary. So students don't just settle for placements from this university but prefers go for msc or mba or other degree of intrests

College Events

Campus life is fun, various competions in state and university levels are takes place. Concerts and events are organised in university on regular basis as it is the only source to get out of busy study schedule so students participation is in big number

A review for one of the best university in Dehradun

Placement Experience:

The placement of Geu is not that great buy provides jobs to about 80 percent students but for that u have to be eligible for the requirement of the job. The studnets are generally eligible to sit for placement from 5 th semester for BBA and 7th semester for Btech The companys which generally visits are Accenture ,Google , TCS, Wipro and many more The highest package when i first joined the college was around 8lakh for BBA but the average package was around 3.5 lakh The percentage of studnets getting placement was around 75 to 80 percent My plans after getting this degrees is to try for competitive exams like CAT , CMAT , GMAT

Course Curriculum Overview:

I am preparing for a government job, so I took admission in this course just to get a graduation degree and not for any other reason. There should be some improvement in the lab and also in the exam pattern. The timing of our exam is 2:30 hours which is less time because the exam is lengthy.

I think this coast does not focus more on technical aspects. I think this course should focus more on the coding part. And the exam should not be conducted just before the semester exam it should be conducted at least 3 or 2 months before the semester exam so that student can start prepping from the starting

Placement Experience:

From the final year i.e. after 4.5 years students are eligible for an internship. The 6-month internship is to be done within the campus and the rest of the 6 months in another organization. Many dairy, poultry, food processing, and wool processing companies visit the college for hiring students. Also, many research fields are available after the course with great scope. Around 5 to 7 lakh per annum packages are easily available after the course which is generally offered by firms visiting the college. Best students based on their academic performances are preferred. Near about 60 to 70 % are generally getting placement. Others generally opt for further studies. AMUL, Ananda dairies, poultry firms, many renowned slaughterhouses, and research organizations are some places where veterinarians get appointed other than clinical practices.
