Remarks

I like SRM Institute, because of infrastructure and also bus facilities, morning shift etc. I chose computer science group in school days and also I want to enjoy my college days that why I am studying BCA. This course is very easy to learn and understand.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course syllabus were very basic, but sure for upcoming students they will change the regulation and the course syllabus will be very advanced. Each semester the department of bca will take us to IV. The faculties are awesome, I like Mrs.Divya ( my first year class coordinator).

Class Size: 61Course Fees: INR 75000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Yeah I did my corporate internship through online due to covid - 19. Actually our batch did it through online only and we also did the review through presentation. The name of the company is coursera and I did python for everybody course in Coursera, University of Michigan and I got certificate too.

Placement Experience

Many IT companies will visit our college and there will be separate training for those who are interested in placement. Many companies will give us offers and the training will be very useful for future purpose too. No idea about alumi from my batch because after completing third year only I know who are all going to be placed.

College Events

Our management will conduct workshops, culturals for five days then grand celebration for Onam, pongal, women's day etc. then on the month of March I think each department will conduct different events.

Campus Life

Basket Ball court, seperate block for library, labs are vast in size, wifi will be in some main blocks. Big canteen, more dhan 200 computers in lab etc. And also bus facilities are available. For arts students there will be morning and evening shifts.

One of the southern indian most famous chemical company is there in our circle and other chemicals companies are there. other then this reason I like the chemistry subject and exciting to learn. Is VIT worth it

Placement Experience:

Placements in VIT UNIVERSITY is very good the average package is 8 lakhs and the Highest may go upto 1 crore every year.There is a separate placement cell in VIT chennai and they give you placement training from start of the third year. Many multinational companies like google, microsoft etc comes to VIT to pick students for their company. Almost 98 percent of the students gets places in VIT. After my degree I choose to sit for placements.

Brutally Honest College Review

Placement Experience:

The placement process begins from the third year i.e. the fifth and sixth sem. But be warned the placement is pure dabba. The companies that visited are goldman sachs, pick your trail, venture lts, greenbay, taj, audible, TCS, etc. the package varies from 3.4 LPA to 12 LPA. These are just peanut money btw. The college says there's 100% placements ( joke of the century) but in reality only 70% gets placed. I plan to do MBA from a different college.

SRMIST is superb in all sense!!

I applied at PDEU, Gandhinagar and SRMIST and both colleges admissions were almost done but since my family is from Chennai, we al decided to stay close to home atleast for UG.
