I heard a lot about about this college from my seniors. The college was well known for their vast infrastructure and good faculties. Placement from this college was also well-known all throughout India.
Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculum for the EEE department was well packed throughout the first three years The faculties kept the students under pressure throughout and that sort of helped to yeild fruitful results. The faculties were well versed in their subjects.
Placement Experience
Over 500 companies visit the campus every year. But the placement rate is high only in the mass recruiters.
College Events
If student wishes to involve themselves in different kind of activities SRM is the best place for them.They have loads and loads of even going out all through the year with two fests and numerous workshops all throughout the year.
Campus Life
The campus has incredible infrastructures including 2 sports ground,with good wifi in the hostels,a huge library with facilities of e libraries as well. There were many high tech equipmenta worth over lakhs and lakhs of rupees.
Hostel Facilities
Hostels were a bit small and kind of un maintained with 100 people using the same wash room. The rooms were not that big for 3 people to fit in very easily. During the summer time the non ac rooms were too much heated up during the day time. And the mess food was actually a "mess"
