Remarks

University is near to tech hubs like gurgaon, delhi, noida which provide you good opportunity. The placements of the college has also been really good. The hostel facility and mess facility is also good. They also conduct many industrial trip which helps to understand the work culture.

Course Curriculum Overview

The academics was totally designed on the basis of upcoming exams like GATE covering every topic. There were also many industrial trips. The faculty is very co-operative. There are some management issue which causes sometimes problem.

Placement Experience

Yes the placements and Job opportunity is great in GLA. If a student is eligible then he/she will receive consent email from placement department where they have to fill there choices. After that when company visits the campus they are allowed to sit and overall the placements record is good. The is entrepreneurship cell in the college where one gave give there ideas and can get help from the authority.

College Events

Yes there are cultural events and technical events but they are not that much big event. There are many clubs in which students can join and enhance his skills. There are events like robo fighting, robo soccer and robo racing in technical events. Also many workshop are also conducted by various groups.

Campus Life

Campus is spread over 110 acres with hostel and mess facility. The academic blocks are provided with many labs where you can work easily. You just have to inform authority and take permission to work. Every class is provided with Air Conditioner. Overall good.

Generally, in the 7th semester, students sit for placement. Some top recruiters of our college are Samsung RnD Noida, Samsung Delhi, Axon, Bajaj, Xceedance, TCS, etc. The placement ratio varies from branch to branch in chemical engineering or mechanical engineering almost all students got placed with an average of 6-7 LPA, in Computer Science and Engineering or Information Technology branch 70-80% students got placed with an average of 11-12 LPA and highest of 35 LPA.

When I didn't get into MBBS at first, I used to run away from veterinary because it was never my first choice, but as I kept growing, I got to know the opportunities and vastness of this field, which motivated me to keep going. You can do whatever you want after BBVSc, be it a government job as an VO or preparing for civil services, or you can open your own clinic in any city. Exams happen every 3 months or 3 times, which you have to pass so that you can sit in final exams that happen just after the 3rd internals. Internals usually are easy, while final exams are moderate and hard, along with the practicals also.

There are big and large companies visiting our colleges like Google, Tata and Amazon. The highest package offered by the company is 40 lakh. The average package is 15 lakhs per annum. Approx 80 per cent of students get placement after completing the course. My plan is to become a finance assistant after completing my degree.

GLA Mathura needs to upgrade their hostels!

GLA admission test and CLAT scores both are accepted here and also students with no brainer gets admission here. The reason is university has seats like a pack of cards and any number of students can be admitted here. GLA University like many private university has its assessment test and for law it's same as CLAT.
