Remarks

Standard of the college and Placement Record that was having. Also my cousin studied there and he was suggesting. Better infrastructure than many other colleges in Tamilnadu. Also the college ranked 14th among TN around that time

Course Curriculum Overview

The college has a better infrastructure and it had 7 UG courses. But for the academic year 2020 21 they have added two more UG courses. So there are totally 9 UG courses. They are CE, EEE ECE MECH CSE IT BT Data Sciences and Artificial Intelligence

Every department has its own limit for the industrial visit every year as per the instructions provided by the Head Of The Department.

College Events

Legacy is the first mega intercollege event that is been organised every year by all the extra curricular clubs of our college. Gyan mitra is the mega intercollege event that is being organised by all the co curricular clubs. Fiesta is organised by all the extra curricular clubs for the all students of the college.

Campus Life

Has good campus. Hostel is somewhat strict when compared to another colleges. No mobile phones allowed. It has both advantage and disadvantage. The major advantage is that we can have face to face contact.

Hostel Facilities

Have limited internet resourses. Has good food and variety of dishes. If a student is a foodlover he can opt this hostel. Daily study hour is been maintained and attendance will be taken regularly.

Better infrastructure leads to better education

Placement Experience:

The students can attend internships from 3rd semester. And these internships are paid too. Students can attend campus interviews from 6 semester and can also work for long internships too. Summer internships are also provided here. There are a total of 50+ companies attending interviews here. The placement opportunities are high if the students have better communication skills After getting the degree I want to participate in campus interviews for better placement There is a total of 90 % plus placements. Highest package offered is 16LPA and average is 8 LPA

My College

Placement Experience:

My course is a five year course, so it had around 9 to 10 semesters as the first year had no semester. It was a non-semester. So first year had only one semester exam followed by all the other semesters other years at two semesters. From fifth year, students are eligible for campus placements During Covid time, our campus, Placement happened so companies visited are Shlok labs, some assignment writing company which is already closed now and some other start-ups which are not very famous and offer made us around 10,000 per month Highest package received is around 3.5,00,000 per year percentage of students getting Placement is very less only 30 to 40 percentage not even that much. I can say if we apply any companies directly, we will be placed but not through college and especially this course, but other courses are having very good opportunities. As this course recruiters will say it is over qualified.

Placement Experience:

As for placements, the students are eligible from the beginning of third year (5th semester). Our college have tied hands wuth some good companies like TCS, UST, CTS, Infosys, Zoho, Wipro and many more. The average package is 6LPA and the highest is 30LPA. 90% of the students gets placed in our college each year. I'm confident that before getting my degree I'll get placed so after getting my degree I'll jiust continue to work for a year and after that i have many other plans which isn't related any of the IT department or software.

Placements are very mediocre. Few companies like Zoho, Agarwal, Etc visit for campus interviews but they offer less package. As for my knowledge maybe 2-5% get placed. I plan to practice as an advoca after graduating.
