Entrance Preview

AIEEE score 60 ,when i was 16 years old a friend of mine told me about this college and also about staff of this college .I was so impressed by his thoughts that i decided to get admission in the same college .

Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

The course curriculum was according to level of students and was concepts were arranged in perfect manner so that these can be understood by students easily.

Internships Opportunities

My college internship experience was very good. All staff and students were very helpful and they used to interact in a very healthy way. Stipend offered to me was three thousand only.

Placement Experience

Placements and job opportunities were very good. There were many companies that visited the college. The placement drive was properly managed.

College Events

College celebrated many events like holi , diwali , rangoli competition. There was also debate competition as well as dance competition was also there. Also we enjoyed and participated in the sports meet.

Fees and Financial Aid

There were many scholarship and loan schemes which are beneficial for students but i was not prepared for such schemes.

Campus Life

4.5

Campus life was interesting as girls and boys ratio was equal. And there was no caste and religion discrimination there was a gurudwara and mandir in college campus.

during major events and peak hours the campus become crowded

Course Curriculum Overview:

the course curriculum is realvent and fairly comprehensive i choose computer science engineering because it covers importnt ares such as programming data structures data base software development and emerging technologies

Exploring life at Chandigarh University

Likes

Good and modern campus infrastructure. The university is large, modern with good classrooms, labs, hostels and tec.
Most teachers are knowledgeable, supportive and explain concepts clearly.
The university provides placement drives, training sessions, career guidance and etc.

Dislikes

Large student intake. Due to high number of students, sometimes it can be difficult to get individual attention from faculty.
During peak hours, some areas of the campus can be crowded.
The quality of hostel food is not much satisfying.

Placement Experience:

Placements at Chandigarh University are generally good, with students becoming eligible for campus placements in the later semesters, dependiing on their course. Many companies visit the campus for recruitment, offering roles in IT, engineering, management and other fields. The packages vary by company and profile with some students receiving high packages while others get average entry-level offers. Placement opportunities depend on student skills, academic performance and interview preparation. After completing my degree, I plan to secure a good job in my field, gain practical experience and continue developing my technical and professional skills.
