Remarks

All in all a very good place your Fianl placements are secured the day you enter college but a very healthy competition to get the best job nice place to kick start your career directly at a low or mid level management.

Entrance Preview

NMAT-237, It was the best college among colleges where I got selected. It has much better placement record, much better brand value and better location.

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

Good mix of mandatory and elective courses, all courses handled by very experienced faculty, college has good feedback system where dean directly interacts with students csurriculum is one of the best in business.

Internships Opportunities

Generally summer placements are not as good as finals, stripenned can range from 75000 to NIL banks and FMCG are biggest players in summer recruitments.

Placement Experience

4.5

Final Placement are almost 100%, even if you are an average student you will get placed. Banks, FMCG, IT are biggest recruiters, pakage offers are in range 8-10 lakhs for IT company, 8 to 10 lakhs for Indian banks, 7-8 for Other financial firms, 10-15 lakh for FMCG and 10-20 lakh for Invest banks.

College Events

4.5

College has number of events that are organized throughout the year by various student communities and are very good platform to showcase your talent, network and improve communication.Events relates to Art, communication, games, entertainment etc.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fees is on expensive side 2 years college fees comes to 10+ lakhs payable in 4 installments and this doesn't include hostel and canteen fees increases by 1 lakh for every new batch.

Fees and Financial Aid

Since NMIMS, Mumbai is a reputed college hence most banks will be willing to give you student loans, I heard they now have a tie up with SBI but not very sure.

Campus Life

4.5

Campus life is very good, they have got a very good building and very good infrastructure good gender diversity, people coming from all over India, nice library get ample time to use all the facilities.

Hostel Facilities

2.5

Hostel is very bad, 4 people have to share 1 room, rooms are not air conditioned, you will need to pay another 2.5 lakh for such a hostel and this doesn't include mess charges. Mess food is good but again very expensive.

Alumni/Alumna

Very strong alumni network many seniors are holding prominent positions in big MNCs including positions like CEO and CFO. This helps a great deal in securing final placements for the college lot of forums and events where you can interact with Alumni.

Exam Structure

4 trimesters, with roughly 50% to internals and 50% for external exams internals include discussions in class, assignments, attendance and overall disciplined behavior in class external include written exams.Generally its very easy to clear exams.

Placement Experience:

The placement scenerio at our caollege can be described as average overall. Most recruiting company belong to the banking and supply chain sectors. Marketing students generally have better placement opportunities, while finance and HR students do get job, though the package are not very high. Buswiness analytics has limited scope as very few companies visit the campus for the roles in that domain.

Students become eligible for placements after completing 2nd semester and entering in 3rd semester. Attendance is compulsory for getting the opportunity for placements. The companies like IDBI Bank, HDFC Bank, Property pistol, Godrej Capital are available for placements. The highest paid package is 9.75 for sales and marketing. Till now( 3rd semester) 60% to 70% students are placed. There are more opportunities for sales and marketing as compared to other fields.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I did choose this course as I am genuinely interested in management and if it is healthcare management that makes me excited. There is a different teaching faculty for each and every subject. The faculties are highly qualified market professionals and experts who teach in an extremely interactive and practical way. They are very supportive. There was one exam conducted per semester which included projects and written exams.
