Remarks

Best reputed catholic institution and also reputed girls institution in chennai. The reason I choose this course was I wanted to become a teacher and since I opted for computer science group in higher secondary I took BCA

Course Curriculum Overview

Updated course and the faculty also shared their industrial experience also which made us understand easily what the outside industry is all about and how to implement the theoretical principles practically in industry.

We have career guidance cell CGC which gives us placement training like aptitude, group discussion, hr interview and other soft skill also. Through cgc we got placement oppurtunity also.

Since our department is techie based the cultural events that took place in the department was also tech based. The events that took place in college as a whole were common like interyear culturals. The main highlight is rotaract club events.

College with good environment, teaching and placements

Placement Experience:

On doing 6th semester companys are coming for placements. But most of the companys come in the 7th semester. There is a lot of companies come here like Embedur, Honeywell,Caterpillar,Zoho,Tcs, Accenture,Hcl,Ltimindtree,Cts,etc.. Around 75-85 percentage of students got offer. The Highest package is 20lpa amd lowest is 3.36lpa. I have to go to IT company for work.

About My University

Course Curriculum Overview:

I influenced by my friends who joined in this course ,later on I adjusted with it ,the curriculum prepares students in which they are capable to understand in their own way with which they build up projects and expos and many more events conducted by the other collages to participate in it. It is a tough situation to deal with it because the minimal gap between the sessionals is 1.5 month so for students it a stress to cover the syllabus of all subjects and with project works etc.

My first choice was wcc thinking it would be a non strict college but i didn't get in but got admitted in stella maris college.
