Maintaining 85 attendance is a huge task

Course Curriculum Overview

I would rate the course curriculum as highly relatable and comprehensive. The reason behind me choosing this particular course is the balance between theoretical and practical knowledge. The course is well aligned with the real time practices of the companies.

Class Size: 80Course Fees: INR 60000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The application fee is 500 which you can pay through the portal. Per year the course fee for b.com general is around 60000 for self financing and 32000 for aided. Great assistance in Scholarship is being provided by college. Eligible students are provided with government and private scholarships.

Campus Life

Our college conducts Aquilae an intercollegiate culturals and also many department culturals so the college is very happening all the time The college has more than 20 performing and non performing clubs and 100 leadership roles for the students. The opportunities to grow through these clubs are tremendous The college offers a student awareness program which consists of various sports that are compulsory for 1 year

Admission

My first choice was wcc thinking it would be a non strict college but i didn't get in but got admitted in stella maris college. Honestly i'm very happy with my destiny as it turned to be the best thing happened in my life. The entire 3 years in this college was wonderful. I met alot of people from other colleges coming to our college and regreting their choice in college. Stella is very fun and a super welcoming place

Faculty

The faculty to student ratio is quite balanced at our college. They provide individual attention and give assistance to all students. The students feel very free to clarify their doubts on subjects and materials Exams Stella maris conducts 2 mid term exams called CA out of the two tests the highest mark is graded for internals and it has a end semester exams and other components The curriculum is updated and focused on new trends in the commerce,accounting and finance sectors.

Placement Experience:

From 5th semester students get campus placements. Highest ever is 80LPA i think from deloit or KMG. Mostly students get placements about 75% get placements. My plan after getting degree is clear CA inter and finals.

Placement is offered by this college, After finishing your 5th semester you are allowed to go for placement, Students are recruited to the companies like Infosys, Wipro,Zoho,TVS and from all top companies the optionis ours we can choose our favorite company. About 80% of students are getting placements the remaining 20% students are in intrested to do higher education.the highest package is upto 5LPA and average Package is 3LPA

Placement Experience:

The placements in sastra is immaculate they have nothing to complaint of .Students from my course given placement training and eligible for placements from third year. Large scale of campanies have visited. some of them will be Tata consultancy(TCs), Paypal, federal banks ,Infosys etc. The highest package was 90000 per month and average package was 25000 per month. Students who have 8.5 cgpa or more will have pretty good offer from reputed companies. Plans after getting my degree is to do masters in abroad.

A view on recent days MCC

Placement Experience:

In MCC there is placement but it's not 100% placement, only 10 to 20 from a class of 60 gets placed, so when it comes to placement it's upto to you and your skills. Normaly the placement enrollment starts at beginning of your 5th semester or end of your fourth semester, you can opt for placement or higher study. The highest package was from Standard Chartered & Deloitte it was 6 Lakhs CTC. Accenture, TCS and some well known companies will participate in placement drive. The average package will be Rs.3.5 Lakhs CTS. I'm planning to go for higher studies while doing a part time job after getting degree.

Placement Experience:

From the 5th semester onwards the management made various efforts to conduct oncampus And they made it. Some companies which visited our campus is tata groups , vindhya e infomedia, wipro etc. Highest package offered is 3,00,000 per annum most probably 80 % of students placed. My plan after degree is to place in good reputed company.
