Excellent Education

Over all college can be marked to 80 percent good and the rest 20 percent is in low position because of low placements opportunities in the college. Faculty must take some steps and precautions related to the students to over come the fear of interviews. College management should bring more number of companies to the college campus. Placement cell must be more keen on students and there interest towards the job and placements.

Our college MLR Institute of Technology was established in the year 2005. Main aim of the college is to provide education including with extra curricular activities. I have appeared EAMCET entrance exam inorder to join the course. I have scored 60,598 rank in the examination. As per the advice of the senior students i have chosen this college.

The total course is completed in 4 years which is divided into 7 semesters first year is includes 1 semester and the second, third, fourth includes 2 semesters the most important and the crucial part includes the last one sem includes major project and the minor project is scheduled in third year the electives i have choosen is DATA WAREHOUSING and INFORMATION SECURITY. DATA WAREHOUSING is a bit complicated elective.

Internships program is a bit failure because college itself have tied up with other institutions where they provides the total project, because of this reason no stipend is provided to the students.

Although education and teaching is excellent but when comes to the point of the placements in MLRIT it can be graded as very low because of very less companies approaches to the college placements another point is the college management is not preparing the students unto the satisfaction level of the high MNC companies.

When comes to the point of the events many college feasts are conducted express is one of the college feast which our batch have conducted it was a grand successes many other colleges have participated in them. During the time of feasts many programs like elocution and other debates and quiz competition are also conducted.

Fee structure is very reasonable 27000/- for each year and separate library and lab fees has to be paid amounts to 13000/- even management quota is also available but this fees depends on the demand. Transportation Fee is charged to 20000 /- which is minimum amount and maximum amount is 25000.

College does not provide any scholarships but government provides scholarships to minorities and economically backward classes depends on income of the parents and loan facilities are also provided from other banks.

When comes to the campus life i have enjoyed a lot through out 4 years. In case of extracurricular activities feast is conducted of total one week which includes- debates, dances, presentations, bike racing , traditional day, sports includes basket ball, foot ball base ball and throw ball not only during feasts but also over all college atmosphere was totally friendly and excellent.

No hostel facility is available but private hostels are available after 3 kilometers from college. The fare of the private hostel starts from 3500/-which includes food and maintenance in such cases the students can opt for college canteen in the afternoons.

College maintains a good track record of the students information in the data base. College as maintaining a server which consist all the students e mail ids which broad cast the information related to alumni events, placements college also maintains a separates Facebook,twitter groups to update the information related to college.

Final exams are conducted at last of the semester and mid exams are conducted once in 3 months,2 mid exams are conducted for one semester and best of the two are considered. When comes to the point of lab exams they conducted separately and preparation holidays are also given before the final exams.

When comes to the point of college faculty it can be graded as excellent because of high technology is used in teaching aspects like live presentations and lectures. Communication skills are one of the most important element in teaching aspects which the faculty focuses mainly. Teaching involves both theoretically as well as practical sessions are also included which makes students more interesting towards studies. Personnel presentation from students are also encouraged and mistakes are rectified this makes students more involved in studies.
