M.I.T. a great choice in Aurangabad for Mechanical Engg.

College life is very good except some teachers playing a hell lot of politics to whom students fall prey overall you will find really good atmosphere and friends at this campus. there is surely lot to learn out there.

I gave all national level competitive exams but my score was not good. In maharashtra CET i got 100 marks and hence opted for B.Tech at MIT, Aurangabad.

Curriculum was 8 semester pattern but with a twist last 6 months of 4th year that is 8th semester we have in plant training in B.Tech that is big added advantage overall course is same as BE but as it is B.Tech the subjects are upto date with latest industrial trends.

I did my internship at Metalman Auto Pvt. Ltd. The experience there was exceptional everyday had something new to find, see and learn they didn't give me any stipend in the term however some of my classmates did get stipend in other companies they worked at generally 7000/month of stipend is offered.

Jobs and placement status of college is good but the average salaries in mechanical engg are too less the packages of approximately around 2 lakhs are offered per annum. many companies approach campus for placements.

In first year itself, we did host a event named Sci-Clone themed on science. Later many events went on with time, namely, Techno-millennium, Vertex, Naturalami, Robotix, etc.

Fees structure is reasonable not too expensive college fees when i studied being 60,000/annum was not too much compared to other BE colleges other colleges had something around 1 lakh.

College never offered any loan facility however there are time to time notices about various government schemes running for those in need the reserved categories anyhow always enjoyed fees wavier in the college.

Extra curriculars were very good at college but should keep on increasing with time the annual gathering was major attraction campus life is damn good peaceful and friendly, there are people always there to help overall i would grade it 10/10.

I never experienced mess and hostel as i am a localite but based on some of my friends experience, the mess food is not too hygienic to have they prefer other mess then of college some also opted for paying guest options in nearby area.

Yes there are surely some alumni networks who work for college welfare presently leaded by Prof. V. M. Chidri, the senior students are very supportive to there juniors.

Exam structure is 80:20 pattern for 20 marks we have class test and for 80 marks end semester exams are held the combination of both is total grading system labs are too hectic with immense writing work that is a big drawback.

The faculty is very genuine and friendly whenever we approach them, they are always there to help or talk it feels like we are at home they help us a lot to resolve our doubts and subject understanding.
