Entrance Preview

I did CAT during that time again i was given internal college exam for selection. I was again selected in Pune Modern college as well but i choosen VIIT.

Course Curriculum Overview

The Master OF application course was very good and teachers from VIIT was also helpful. I learned information technology along with Management courses in VIIT college from Pune University

Internships Opportunities

There were very few companies during that time but we reached towards the companied for selection. After many search i found IT Cube for internship. Now i am in TCS

Placement Experience

The placement was very poor as college was just started and we faced many issues during placement time. Anyways what is happend is always for good

Faculty

Reality of College

Placement Experience:

Placements are Normal in my college like, Freshers get less package like 2.4 LPA but they get placed as I have listened from seniors. Like I am in first year now I dont have much knowledge about this.

Good for near by students

Course Curriculum Overview:

Talking about the courses which chhatrapati shivaji maharaj University provides are good they almost provide all the courses students have choices which course they want to choose. From my perspective all the teachers should improve their teaching method because csmu teachers don't teach students well. Exams which is held usually after one and a half month of college starting is of 1 hour duration and our semester exam duration is 3 hours and exam level is average students can score well in exams.

Placement Experience:

Highest package that company offered was 5LPA and lowest was 1LPA . 99% students got there placements from ASM IMCOST college which is a great thing . Most of the college struggle to get placement . My plans after getting the degree is simple just work and enjoy my every moment

VIIT -a good option?

1) I applied to VIT pune ,COEP pune ,PICT pune,CUMMINS ,PCCOE . I didnt get these colleges because i didnt have percentile for merit for that college i had 95.84 percentile and their cutoff for CS branch was 97 at that time which was difficult for me . 2)students can enroll in our college using MHTCET and JEE mains score .Through cet cell there are cap rounds total three and last one spot round (may have changed now).Apart from this there are no tests or exams to get an admission in this college...Read More
