internship opportunities

I attended this college as its a government college fees is less like for Bachelor of Arts its only 3200 a year and in government colleges a person only have to attend a class and they can leave. I also have coaching and i go for swimming so this college gave me enough time for focusing on other activities. I heard about this college through a friend not from any website. The admission system here is very simple and fast. The admission for UG are going on in DBS PG College right now. However there are no dates regarding PG admission.

I choose Bachelor of Arts where i have two subjects as main mine is English literature and Economics. I choose these subjects as i really like economics and english was just a decision i made while i was applying. There are two more subjects which the university provides us and these subjects change every semester. Teachers here are highly qualified. They have passed ugc exam or they are phd degree holders. So they have really vast knowledge. Sometimes teachers are not on time and many times they avoid taking class. But they complete the syllabus with time. I would say there is a little negligence as its a government college. Exams are not that much hard if one have studied properly. I never find exams hard there.

No campus placements are provided in our college. As we only have bachelor of arts and science degree Students have to be fully independent for that.

Fees structure is really good it's very low so anyone can easily afford it. For example Bachelor of Arts is only for 3200 a year while for Bachelor of science its a little more like 4000. But i guess it's not much than that of private colleges and yes they provide scholarship for which a exam is conducted but they do not provide the information of these scholarships programme to everyone.

Campus life is good. There are many sports like cricket, baseball, basketball etc. Students who are selected for teams go to Srinagar to play where all other college students come to compete. There are two teams for every sports girls and boys. There are also many extra curricular activities like dance, singing, debate, essay writing competition, in which most students participate this also occurs in Srinagar, students who have won in college level they represent pyr college on district level. Many times our college students have won. There is also a celebration which goes on a week on september where everyday there is a competition for dancing singing student participate in it very enthusiastically.
