Remarks

The only good thing in this college is through clinical posting we learn so much clinical site works it was very useful Bad aspects are No proper class schedules and no qualified tutors are available, no stipend during 1 year internship period(365 working days) Difficult to afford notes from the library. Every every admission will be held in July month to august and college will be opened in the last week of August. There are no entrance exams for admissions.for every course 20 members will be picked who came first during admission with a capitation fee The reason I preferred college due to mgr university because this university course certificate much valuable and another reason to choose this college is that located in hometown itself

Course Curriculum Overview

2.5

To be apart of Medical I chose this course There are no more qualified and faculties are available The teaching method is held through ppt and oral by hospital doctors mostly classes taken by doctors are useful for clinical works more than for our theory studies or exams There 3 internal exams are conducted and final one university exam Moreover for getting pass marks just observing and learning from clinical works is enough but getting high marks is very difficult that is we have to get perfect knowledge both in clinical(practical) and theory studies!!!!!

Internships Opportunities

3.5

The internship should be taken and done at the hospital of velammal No week off should give even on Sunday. There is only one month for every month. No stipend is given to our and previous batches may be they will permit stipend for upcoming batches The task given during the course and internship period is to taken proper case history, determined and dedicated work done at clinical sites like intubation, drug administration, ventilating, and patients likewise tasks.

Placement Experience

1.5

No campus interviews or placements are held For future job placement after the course and internship completion, clinical doctor hod will recommend us for further multispeciality hospitals according to our clinical work determine and behaviour and hard works

Fees and Financial Aid

38000 per year (tuition fee) 40000 for hostel per year The course is 3 year and the internship is 1 year No stipend for during the internship period May be stipend will be given for upcoming batches

Campus Life

0.5

Mostly all medical-related books are available in the library No more sports and extracurricular part during college or course period

Hostel Facilities

1

An electric appliance like fans and lights are available Hostel located within the campus of college and hospital The hostel food menu is not that much great and hygiene Tiffin gave at morning and night Meals are given in the afternoon Terms to agree for registration of hostel are that is there nomore outings and mobile phones in hostel , not to stay hostel due body sickness you gave got permissiin form college and take rest at college only , don't often allowed to take leaves to visit hometown even for some valid reasons... Hostel located at the outer place from the hometown so affordability is less Emergency things snacks and more stuff can afford at supermarket which located within the campus of collges

Admission

Based on mark scored in 12th standard

Interview Experience

0.5

There are no more interviews and entrance exams for admission There will be a group discussion about the paramedical course that is the scope and value of the course Admission will be held based on the 12th standard mark and the one who came first during the begin months of the admission

Course Curriculum Overview:

It deals with patient care and clinical diagnosis along with hands on training the influenced my decision to take up this course. Through ward postings, history taking and case discussion it prepares me well for my PG exams and further future pursuits. Skill based learning should be emphasised more along with small group teaching. Sometimes the close spacing of exams can be very stressful. Difficulty level is appropriate.

Course Curriculum Overview:

the course is very challenging obviously as we're studying to become doctors. it could've been better by increasing the duration of the course. our first year/ semester instead of it being for 12 months was only of 9-10 months so our portions are being pushed a little. it happened due the scam etc around neet and our course start date was pushed. the course could be made easier by increasing the duration of the course. we have exams every week which does make it easier to keep up with the portions but makes it too stressful for us. maybe instead of keeping exams on monday they could change it to saturday so we can relax and be free on sundays.
