Give a life to your dreams

Despite of being a normal student I always had desires to fly high. Amity Business School gave me wings & knowledge to touch the sky with Glory. Among my colleagues I am known for my negotiations, presentations & slide making skills and I would love to give all this credit to Amity Business School.

I am not a brilliant student but I always have kept my aims & dreams high. Though I didn't score high in CAT exam but my aim was to get in such a college which has brilliant curriculum & placement for Marketing & sales course. At my score, the colleges which were in the list, luckily I found AMITY which was known for its M&S blend in the market. Believe me AMITY has turned me into diamond.

Course curriculum is the road to placement. Like proper spices make a best dish, subjects in the curriculum make a best carrier. I learnt from the basics of MBA to critical & necessary bends of Marketing. Curriculum was a mix of every necessary subject i.e. Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Business Communications, Behavioural Science, Case-Studies, Group Discussion.

Companies from every vertical like BFSI, MANUFACTURERING, PHARMS visits the campus. Though the students from Marketing & sales gets placed first but I never have heard less than 100% placement.

During the time of my placement I saw companies like Polaris, HCL, HP, TVS, OBC, ICICI, HILTI, two banks from DUBAI (& many others, unfortunately I don't remember the names). Package was in between 4.5 Lakh's to 12.5 Lakh per annum.

Various management level festivals where we used to invite big dignities from companies like HCL, HP, TCS etc. There are national level sports & festivals being organised.

Fee structure is feasible if I compare with private colleges. I paid 4.5 Lakh for the complete course. During my admission I did a thorough & comparitive study in which I found that ABS is charging the accurate fees for such a brilliant & hot course

There is scholarship facilities for brilliant students. At the end of the course there is an award ceremony where the first prize is 10 kg Gold.

With knowledge sessions in the classes I enjoyed spending time in sports by being a member of sports community. There is a placement community where everyone can get the real time experience of interacting with companies. Placement community gives you a chance to interact with HRS of big companies & equip you with real time responsibilities.

I didn't opt the hostel but some of my classmates were staying at hostel. I never had heard negative points about hostel from them.

Knowing your seniors is a best practice to enhance your skills & increase your chances to get better job tomorrow. I have a good interpersonal skills due to which I made good connection with my seniors. It's not necessary that your senior would be part of selection team but could be a possibility.

Exams are not so easy for people who cram & try to grab ranks. Exams are more logical with full of case studies & Real situation which play with every nerve of your brain.

Rather calling them faculty, I love calling them My Guardian. They will teach you the best way to walk, run & win the game in today's professional world. My professors had always kept me busy with case studies & assignments. Faculty in Amity always give a logical & Real situation & make you to solve which actually equips you in facing the real world.
