The college is really very good being a government college. Environment is friendly with quality education.

The teaching schedule is pre decided always, the theory classes,practical classes and everything. There are regular tests for assessment. We even had field visits by PSM department to primary health care centres,vaccine department and hospital visits as well. The teaching facility is great specially in anatomy department. The dissection halls provide us much more practical experience and knowledge than any other methods used. Physiology practicals are also regular to make us understand more about human body by conducting practicals like ECG.On Saturdays we have sports meet and sunday is a off.

The average placement of my college is 8lakhs per anum. Any student after completing their UG course can work in any clinic aor govt hospitals. There are other courses as well. We can further appear for PG exams for higher studies.

Every year in the month of december, a huge social gathering is oraganised by the college for the students to interact with each other and also their respective seniors. The sportsmeet is organised including a marathon. The students can showcase their talents in every field being art,literature,fashion or music. The fun games are my personal favorite.

The college charges an annual sum of ?114000 which is really burdensome for some weaker sections. The fee structure was changed recently with an increase of ?50000 which is huge. The students have to pay ?30000 extra for other forms and bonds which makes this fee structure more grusome. The government should really pay attention to this.

I opted for OBC post metric scolarship. The criteria for this are:Your parents should have a monthly income below ?50000 I was provided ?100000 as scholarship from the government.

There are a total of 180 students in my class,60 girls and 120 boys. The batchmates are kind and helping. I have never experienced any kind of rascism or abuse in my college which is great. Every december our college organises a social gathering for students to interact and showacase their talents. Dance,music,s ports, art everything is well organized. We occasionally have birthday parties in our dorms also every festivities are celelebrated with great joy.

I opted for the college hostel. But due to unavailability of rooms 12 students had to stay in dorms together giving them no privacy. The washrooms are combined which makes the morning routine really a headache. They charge 12000 a year just for the rooms, and 3000 for food. The quality of rooms is really bad with literally no space for you yo walk. The food quality is poor as well, hygiene is not maintained properly, u can see insects lurking everywhere. This needs to change.

The seniors are really helpful. They will help you in academics,will teach you everything you want. You just have to be polite with them. Once i fell sick and was hospitalized so my seniors even skipped their classes to stay with me in the hospital which i will always be greatful for.

As i always wanted to become a doctor. i opted for bio stream in 11th standard. I gave my 1st attempt in NEET 2018 which was a failure so I joined coaching classes to keep up with other students as their is much competition in this field. I again reappeared for the exam in 2019 and finally scored good (580/720). I opted for state counseling procedures and based on the merit list i got NSCB medical college jabalpur. The counselings were scheduled and every student had to report there with all the required documents to complete the admission procedure & the classes finally began in august.

The overall teaching department is good. But my favorite is anatomy department, the staff memebers are kind and helping. Their teaching methodology is great. All of them are doctors, completed their UG and PG degrees. We have separate theory,demonstration and practical classes which is a very effective learning tool. We have 3 theory lecturers and 2 practical classes regularly along with a demonstration class.
