Course Curriculum Overview

4

Government job security in mbbs and no tension of placement as everything is exam mediated is a big pro of this course. Areas for improvement include more stipends to intern doctors and teaching methods are already spot on

Internships Opportunities

4

No internships as government college but the compulsory internship on the last year of college is mandatory to attend. It is all government mediated and run so no tension of finding good internships is required

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee for a hosteller is 1,14,000 per year over a period of 5.5 years. Scholarships such as medhavi chhatra and post metric scholarships are available with terms and conditions. For SC/ST and OBC if their parents income falls below 8 lakh per annum their fee is 14,000 a year

Campus Life

4

The annual fest is held in December which is the best of all. There are a wide range of books available in library all being easily accessible via the library card provided by the college. Sports etc is a bit underdeveloped but on a personal level everybody is doing good at it There is Pragyan shala which is a student run group in college which aims to teach and benefit the poor children every sunday

Hostel Facilities

4

There is a bed without mattress chair and table provided in the room along with electricity. No electricity charges or water charges are taken Meal quality is good but the menu isn't very vast vegetarian food is served mostly Registration process for hostel is pretty easy and is generally provided with admission in college

Admission

This college has best faculties and an overall experience and it is one of the top rated colleges in MP. Therefore I chose it above other colleges. You get admission in this college via your scores in NEET UG examination

Faculty

4

Faculty to student ratio is very good. There are multiple faculty for the same subject making it easier to grasp the concept. There are barely any faculties that I didn't like. Mostly all students clear and pass the ecam

Ive always wanted to be a doctor as my uncle is a doctor and ive lived with him for half of my life. Mbbs and especially internship here prepares a medical student for any challanges that he/she might face while being posted in his bond or in PG. Ive already mentioned about the frequency of examinations. As for area of improvements, they should also incorporate rural visits and train us for real life
