My experience about college

The management of college is good and efficient. Whenever you have any issue realted to any thing, it is been solved within time limit, overall i like the campus and management.

I must say the number of subjects are more as compared to other college. From second year all the students have to do research and make projects in ever semester, which is very beneficial for us as it grooms us and make us very good in making research related projects.About exam, the process is very strict and to give exam u should maintain atleast 75 % of attendance in every subject. In every semester u have to make a lot of assignments and yes u have been given a lot of pressure so that we can learn how to handel burden situation and time management. U have to do atleast one internship during your course in order to get your degree

The placement in the college is good. I'll not say it's 100% but it is good.About internship, i have got my intership from college only. The company came and hired us as a intern.

There are so many events that are organised in the campus. But the main annual fest is organised in the month of February which is named Amiphoria and this event is of 3 daysFor sports the main event is Sangathan and its start from August and continue till OctoberAnd there is also a national level debate competition which is organised every year in the month of September Or October which is named Amity I Believe Debate ChallengeThere are so many clubs in the campus which organises different competitions / programs regularly

I must say the fees structure is little expensive. Like for my B.Com(H) degree the free was approx 3.5 lakhs for 3 years (it doesn't include hostel, canteen, etc)About modes of payment, college don't accept cash, either u have to submit DD or u can pay via online banking, also via paytm etc. The college also provides scholarship

College offer both scholarship and education loanFor scholarship it is given on merit basis, either u will get scholarship from admission if ur percentage in 12th is more than 80%

The campus life is so good that u will never forget in your life, one good this about campus is it is ragging free campus.There are so many department in the campus and these campus regulary organises workshops, events, games etc.About gender ratio there i guess there are huge number of males and females.

No i have not opted for Campus hostel, but it is much more expensive than PG and rental accommodation available out side. Some of my friends satyed in PG and they paid between 2500 to 3000 rupees per month excluding fooding. I stayed in rental accommodation (1 room + 1kitchen + 1 attached bathroom) and it took my 3500 per month + electricity bill

Yes college ofen organises alumni meet in which they call alumni and they ask alumni to share their knowledge and make us know about current market or current scenario about corporate world etc

I applied online for my admission in this reputated college and the form fees was Rs. 1000, and then i was given a date for offline written exam in the campus, in the date of exam i visited campus with my parents and i was given free passes to access canteen for me and my parents, firsty there was a breif orientation about college and then i gave written exam (They asked me to write an eassy) after completing my written exam i gave interview on the same day, and after few days the result were out and i got my admission letter via mail. I applied in month of June and given exam in first week of july.

Faculty in the college are very good, they are always ready to help student, and its very easy to approach them. All the students have one mentor to whom they can speak directly if there is any issue. The faculties in college are very smart and talented, they very well know in which style they should teach so that student can understand properly.
