Garware College is known for its prosperity and legacy in Pune. The college is outstanding in terms of infrastructure, faculty, and co-curricular activities and They keep you up in all the fronts be it academic, practical or spiritual. Feels great for being a part of this institute.

Course Curriculum Overview

Our college has one of the best teaching facilities. Hygiene is well maintained and we have 24/7 wifi facilities. Our college has 2 big well-maintained parking for two-wheelers and for cars also! Our college has a big ground where many sports activities are being carried out. Hostels are also well maintained and clean.

Placements conducted in the college are the best there will be so many highly recruited companies consoling in. And many of the students will be placed and get other opportunities. The top recruiting companies of our college were TCS, Wipro, and Infosys. Almost every student got selected for the internship.

Yes, our college has all the necessary infrastructure, facilities, and equipment required for us. We have 24*7hrs wifi facilities inside the campus. All required equipment is available in the laboratories. The hostels have proper hygiene conditions. Our college host various number of events like sports, annual and cultural fest, field visits, etc

Campus Life

The infrastructure is great, although there could be massive improvements. The environment around is beautiful as the campus is surrounded by green gardens. Sports facilities are average. There are facilities like a basketball court, football field, TT tables, Gym, etc. The labs seem old and vintage style but well-maintained.

DY Patil college is best for placement and coding environment

Placement Experience:

The placement is good in Y Patil College. Many companies are come for hiring a student. Most of students are placed in fourth year from fourth year. The companies are started to come in campus and higher students. Also, in a third year, Student want to get internship in any companies from campus and from outside of the campus internship is compulsory in third year last semester The company are come in my college are Amazon Google infosys Microsoft WIpro and other companies hire students The highest package of last year of AI and DS department is a 42 lakh higher by Amazon is the highest package of the last year placement. Also, the average packages are six lakh. The percentage of getting Student place in companies are nearly 92%

The college is best for placement and club activity

Placement Experience:

In my branch, the placement is good In 2025, 150 students are placed in Wipro, infosys, Amazon and Google like companies the minimum package is seven lakh. Also in my branch one Student it is placed in Amazon with 47 lakh rupees package in college. They already prepare Student for interviews and aptitude test. The placement cell is conduct aptitude test with the Google for students for each semester in that they test our coding skills, English skills and attitude test from that they give us a detail information in which skills are lacking and on which skill we want to work

Course Curriculum Overview:

Strong academic legacy with expereinced faculties and balanced content- preparing you for future studies and entrance exams and olympiads. very much strict, i would say not needed. somehwere you may experience baised behaviour; but when you are focused on gaining knowledge then these things dont matter as its only a matter of three years. Relevance of course is there but for applying for further studies not for that much for job prospects, if you want atleast a decent salary job.

Companies that often visit campus for placement include ONGC, GAIL, IGL, IOCL, NRL, SAIL, Hindalco, Carin oil and gas, Reliance, Vedanta, Tata Power, Nyara, Tata projects and many more oil and gas industries, metal industries. The highest package: is 24 lpa ( given by ONGC) and the average package: is 13 lpa for Fire and safety profiles. Usually, all students get placed in the placement drive. I will do the job in the company I got placed in.

My college

Placement Experience:

I have rarely seen companies coming to our college for placement purposes for our course but I have seen companies coming for BCOM and BCA. I don't know about my course as I am currently in my second year. The percentage of students getting placements are veryess as my friend from third year said that out of 150 students only 10 students got placed this year which is very less compared to other colleges. My plans after getting the degree is if I got a job in any of the it company I will do it for experience and side by side I am planning to pursue my education in MSC CS
