NMIMS is the best commerece college in Mumbai. It is very reputed college in the entire country. The college is perfect in all the things. It was worth doing degree from this college. The city is best and has lots of thing to see.
Course Curriculum Overview
Teachers here are qualified and knowledgeable. They are also somewhat helpful if students approach them, but the quality of teaching could be improved. It produces managers for the industry, but they are not completely ready. A lot of things are covered in the course. Still, a lot of things are yet to be provided in the course to be relevant to the industry.
Placement Experience
The college has a great placement cell. I haven't yet sat for the placements but as I've heard, the college provides 100% placements to all the students based on their academic performance. Top recruiting companies which visit the college for offering placements include Glaxo smith line, Zydus, Abbott, Cipla, Lupin, EY, etc.
College Events
Our college organises many fest and events, but to participate in them, you have to go to the main MPSTME building, which sometimes reduces lethargy. The management department is also quite complex, so sometimes to get a certificate, you need to require to wait for a particular day to apply it. The certificate will be printed, and you have to collect it on a particular day. It is very tedious to do any work regarding the management department of the college.
Campus Life
The infrastructure of our college is excellent. Classrooms have all the facilities such as Wi-Fi, smart boards and projectors which provides students with a good learning experience. The library is made in such a manner which allows students to have access to a large number of good books and also has e-learning resources. The canteen of the college is very good, which provides students with tempting dishes while taking care of hygiene and cleanliness. There are also indoor sports facilities available such as badminton, table tennis, chess, etc. But since the campus is under construction, outdoor sports facilities are not available.
