A new college with great facilities

I took the EAMCET entrance examination to get the seat in the Engineering. My Rank was 72,000. I opted this college because it was nearer to my home town and also as it was a new college we were the first batch to join in the college and so no RAGGING. This is the reason i opted this college.

The course curriculum comprises of 4 years in which 1st year doesn't have any semesters and all other 3 years will have 2 semesters each. The labs and buildings with library etc. were there and students were very involved in doing the experiments in the concerned labs. So, we gained a good practical knowledge. At present college is offering courses for EEE, Mechanical, Civil, ECE,CSE/IT for UG and EEE,ECE and Mechanical for PG.

The college is not having any internship programmes running till now, But hope they will soon start the internships too. State govt. of Andhra pradesh is already giving fee reimbursement to the poor students along with scholarship of about 3000 INR. But the college won't give any kind of stipend as there are no internship programs being conducted.

Till date 2 or 3 companies have conducted placements within the college. Few students got their job through placements. But there were no placements conducted in the year of 2014, placements started from the year of 2015. Means the first batch didn't had any placements but were allowed to appear for the placements conducted in the year of 2015.

When we joined the college the Fee was 36,000 /- but from 2013 onwards the Fee structure was changed by the Govt. and it is 55,000 /-So, i would say it is a little expensive from 2013 onwards and also the Govt. paid 36,000 /- and the rest was to be paid by the students itself.For Management seats it is very expensive and it is about 1,00,000 /-

The college doesn't offer any loan facility as the State Govt. itself provides Fee Reimbursement to the poor students all over the state. No scholarship programs within the college till now.

The campus life is very peaceful. It has crop fields all around the college which leaves a pleasant atmosphere around the college. College is having a separate department for sports too. College has won so many awards in the sports area. Labs were conducted regularly which enable the students to know the functioning of the equipment practically.
