Remarks

the college has given me good opportunity and knowledge regarding my specialization areas and opened a way for me to apply for the teaching track or somewhere at the academic sector which i always wanted to.

Course Curriculum Overview

in my opinion the course curriculum has the detailed and focused material with the specialized area given to the student for the research process, and this course teaches you well depth of the research and the motive of research

Placement Experience

the placements and the job opportunities provided by the college are there, i don't have much knowledge of it but have heard that the recruitment process did happen here and students get chances to appear for the interview.

Fee Structure And Facilities

the fee structure given in this college to students for this course is a bit high one, students of our stream has to pay 72410 that includes all the hostel facilities, medical, internet and semester fees whereas 21250 is the amount paid one time for other important expense.

Campus Life

the extracurricular activities offered by the college are so many, they regularly held workshops and seminars for the students related to their course and also the sports and other competitions to keep us busy apart from academics.

Admission

the admission to get in this college for the Ph D purpose is based on aptitude test and the counselling. the college ask to submit the application form and then through the test and the interview, the students gets selected for the course.

the faculty of the college is very much accomplished people with whole lot of background of experiences in the working industry and also in teaching, the staff teaching me have represented their research at many good levels.

College is near my home town, addition of that required decipline offered by few college, this is one of them. Mentor is very supportive and very good chance to pursure post doc. Environment is reserch oriented and have required facility.

Insider Placements of IIITM Gwalior

my rank in jee mains was 18600 in which i didnt get any good branch (cs it) in good nit or iiit in JOSAA. Then in CSAB 1st round i got iiit jabalpur ece and in 2nd round i got iiitm gwalior it+mba). Well equipped infrastructure and decent placements

The other colleges that I applied to were: IIIT Lucknow in which i was getting B.Tech in computer science and some private colleges. 1. I had applied to XIME Bangalore, Welingkar, and Christ College. I got selected for XIME Bangalore. 2. I choose IIITM Gwalior because it is a central government institute, proximity to my hometown and affordable program fee. 3. I got rejected from Welingkar and Christ due to low CAT score. 4. The admission process for MBA is quite straight forward. IIITM only accepts CAT score. There is no explicit mention of minimum CAT percentile. In under graduation one should have at least 60% with maths/statistics as one of the subjects. After that there will be group discuss round and interview round.
