Placement Experience

4.5

The college had a separate placement cell and career guidance cell that helped us in getting on campus as well as off campus placements. Various reputed companies like capegemini, infosys,HCL, Virtusa ,Tech Mahindra etc recruited a large number of students every year.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure was affordable and was to be paid on the basis of semester. The total fee for the two year course was approximately INR 70,540/-. The yearly fee included a tuition fee of INR 17,620 per semester adding up to a total of INR 35,240/- per year.

Campus Life

Our college had various clubs such as NCC , NSS, Red ribbon club, Rotract club, Health club, Diet counselling club etc that organised various activities in the college. The classrooms and labs were very well furnished and made use of the latest technology. The hostel facility was also provided to the students here as there were more than 240 rooms in the college.

Admission

The only reason of choosing this college was because of the industrial exposure provided to the students as it has linkups with many other universities. The admissions here were done on the basis of bachelors degree from any relevant college followed by a personal interview. I easily got selected here and was asked to submit fee and other documents in the college premises.

Faculty

4.5

The teachers were highly qualified and maximum had pursued their higher level studies up to PHD levels. They always guided us towards the right direction and gave us the apt industrial knowledge. They always shared their experience with us and reached out to us in every possible way.

Placement Experience:

For campus placements students of the 4th year or 7th semester are the eligible ones. Multiple companies like zoho, apple,TCS,CTS, accenture etc have come and multiple small companies too. But the intake for the big and reknown MNCs were low from abt 2-3 candidates only.the placement here is 100% but the companies may vary.My future goal is to go for a government official stream after I finish my masters abroad.

From 3rd year itself a student become eligible for campus placements and some of seniors got ino flipkart like companies. So the college is good at placement. In any colleges, due to college the student can't only be placed, their skills, talents, communication is more important to get placed so based their knowledge the students get placed. only thing college need to do is getting good companies with package and our college also provide it.

Course Curriculum Overview:

me being a law student expected a lot of practical and theoretical examples to be presented in front of the students when I first joined in, but the reality was far less than what I expected. The professor is mostly came in read. Whatever the book said and left, gave us few assignments and group projects to be completed without any particular information from their side. We had to sit and do research on our own without any input, and then we'll go summit down the assignments or projects or whatever task was appointed to us, and then we'll have a viva through our work and that's pretty much it . The new professors who joined in by our third year, were very practical, made us understand a lot of things which the previous professor didn't. They answered a questions. They were more relevant to us because they could understand that some topics were forced on us and supposed to be taught, maybe twice or thrice just to make us more comfortable or just to make us more smarter in that area by understanding it in depth . law is one of the most interesting and difficult courses out there, but then if you have the right professor is leading you to it, you would learn easily and more efficiently. in my area of study, practical work was not very much included other than participating in mood court. It was all theory based which is not very important in a way because when you finish your course and get into the real world when you go to your corporate world or litigation side, you need practical experience and you need to understand how to do work and not just learn the sections or the theory part so something that they could have improved was rather than giving us assignments or group projects they could have made us understand and giving us real life situations or give given us more practical practice so that it would be easy for us to understand what litigation is and how we are supposed to do it.
