Course Curriculum Overview

Kaliabor College is very good and popular College , the course curriculum of this College is very well organised. Also this University paying special attention in upgrading and structuring the curriculum.

Placement Experience

Kaliabor College send students for Placement but after completing B.Sc most of the seniors students went for Post graduation instead of doing job. Only few of seniors students attended college Placement.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fees of the Kaliabor College is very less and feasible for everyone. Anyone can pay fees to college without taking any loan. students from all types of background can study to this University happily. Annual fees is rs28000.

Campus Life

Kaliabor College have very big groud to play, Gender ratio in my department is 60-40, there are 60% boys and 40% girls. College celebrate annual day very well, many cultural programs will be organize in that day, students will actively participate in all these activities.

Hostel Facilities

I am staying in college hostel which is very good. Hostel is provided for both boys and girls. Hostel have very good facilities and they are providing good food, everyday in week they are providing different foods.

Admission

To get admission in Kaliabor College first students have to fill application form, selection of candidates will be based on merit only. For B.Sc Zoology admission candidates should have 60% marks in 10+2 with subjects Biology.

Faculty

Faculty of the Kaliabor College are very good, all teachers are very experienced and they teach well. Teachers will complete syllabus in advance before examination so that students get enough time to prepared for his examination.

The college i study in is very good

Placement Experience:

Students from 5th semester onwards are ready for campus placements. The students from our college gets a very good college placement at a very nice company and salary. The percentage of students getting degree are 80% and my plan after my degree are to become "Company Secretary or job at SBI".

Students normally appear for placements in fourth year with two placement seasons namely from december to january and february to march. Companies include quant companies and tech giants like JPMC, Reliance Industries, WellsFargo,Piramal, Standard Chartered,Texas Instrumentation, walmart, Microsoft, Amazon, Deloitte,Oracle, HCL, Barclays, Tata steel, uber, legato, Mastercard, Nutanix, BPCL, BEL,PWC, Socgen, etc. Almost 80% students get placed every year with the average package ?1,60,000. The highest package was 1.68 crore per annum from the branch of Computer Science.

Placement Experience:

only fourth year students are eligible for campus placements . the detalis of the visiting compaies are not thte sure but at least 10 stuents are placed each year from every single batch. the higest so far was 20 lpa and it was in amazon , the student who cracked that placement applied it off campus . on campus placement was not more than 10 lpa so far . the percentage of students getting placemnets are less than 50% not because of quality of placement but majority stuents opt for higher studies or goverment jobs rather than direct placement . my paln is to also pursue higher education

Course Curriculum Overview:

The practical learning of the subject. It provides quite deeo learning into each subject. As the course provide theoretical as well as practical knowledge it becomes quite easy to apply the knowledge to further academic of occupational pursuits. Also it provides 3 months internship after the completion of the course. The improvement areas are the teaching methods of some subjects like pharmacognosy, social pharmacy, etc. Exams are conducted in a time interval of every 2-3 months. The duration of the session exams are 1and half hours while that of final exam is 3 hours for each subject.

The admission process starts right after the declaration of the 12th results, that is from mid-June to July. For the admission form, you have to open the Kaliabor College official website. The fee for the application form is Rs. 200, and after submitting the form, the printout has to be submitted to the college office. The cut off is 60% with PCB in the 12th.
