Course Curriculum Overview

My program of Process engineering helped me in the detailed study of BFD, PFD, P&IP and PDS. It also trained us about the design basis like mass and energy balance, sample calculation etc. The examination schedule is such that first a unit test is held followed by a final exam. Assignments are also included while calculating your total score.

Placement Experience

The Institute ensures that they provide 100% assistance to us regarding placements. Placement cell helps a lot to prepare us for interviews by conducting mock interviews and they also provide us both on-campus and off-campus activities for recruitement.

College Events

They conduct a lot of seminars and events for improvement towards are technological approach. They provide us with induction programs, awareness programs, certification ceremony and also celebration of festivals.

Fee Structure And Facilities

In my opinion, fees is not very expensive and for 6 months of a such an amazing training program, it is totally valid. You have to apply to the program on the official website to before paying the fees.

Campus Life

SIT provides us with various facilities like in house training, case study analysis, mock interviews, working on live projects, guidance regarding our future. They also conduct many seminars, exhibitions and induction programs.

Admission in this Institute is based on your merit. If you wish to enroll in any of the training programs then you can apply by filling the form given online. Make sure that you have a degree or diploma in engineering before you apply.

SIT is equipped with a wide range of trainers who have experience in their respective fields of more than 20 years. They are well informed and qualified and have the skills and knowledge of illustrating highly complex subjects.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placements after the 4th sem. Many companies visit and at least one person is hired by every company. Companies from UAE and international companies also make offers. Highest package was 9 lpa and average is 3.5-4 lpa. Only 5-10% students go for a job, others go for higher studies. I am too looking for a part time job with continuing higher studies. Overall the campus placement is good for students looking for a good job and pay. Most get hired as Assistant engineers.

Microbiology is mainly lab based work but it also teaches you other worldly things , the reason behind me choosing Bsc microbiology to do from ruia is because , once i had a talk to an alumni of ruia in which she mentioned that microbiology from ruia is basucally equal of engineering from an IIT. In microbiology particularly i would say the difficulty level is a bit high but only if you don't pay attention to daily lecs and practicals
