The years of eye study

The course curriculum is well designed with ample amount of research projects ,case studies, and practical works. One year of training is an important part of the course curriculum. Thus 3yrs =2 yrs of theoretical course + 1 yr of Training learning about eye and it's different diseases.

As I have told earlier we are entitled to do a training of one year once we complete the theory course of 2 yrs so as to become specialists. The college provides with the training after 2 years. That is the actual time when we get to learn about the challenges on field.

The fee is a bit expensive but one can ignore it very easily if we look onto the packages after completion of MS. A candidate has to pay 16.5 lakhs rupees annually. That sums up to big amount in total.

The campus has zero tolerance towards ragging and the number of females exceed the number of boys. There is no harasment on the basis of gender, ethnicity, religion,sexual orientation , politics and economic status and is a friendly campus.

The alumni network is very good . Every year alumni meet is held where the passout seniors come and share their stories of the workfield and how they miss college life. They tell about the challenges they face in clinical exposure that is very inspiring and motivating.

I had to clear NEET PG exam and then I had been called for counselling. I had done MBBS but after MBBS you need to do some specialization to get a hold at the industry. Therefore I prepared for Neet pg and cleared it in single go.

The faculty of the colleges are all doctors themselves so they are well qualified, educated, knowledgeable and the best thing about them is that they are very friendly. Their teaching process is student friendly first they reach upto the students level and then start teaching that makes us understand very easily.
