Life experience in HIMS

I'm always a proud student of this Institution. There is no negative remark on the functioning of the College. All latest surgical, medical and diagnostic specialities are there in the campus. The College environment totally favours the growth and betterment of students.

The course is a Postgraduate, 3 year, On campus course. As it is a postgraduate course, the syllabus is vast and there are a lot of topics to learn. The course is approved by the Medical Council of India. Examinations are held up-to-date and is as per the instructions of MCI.

As it is a postgraduate course, there is no particular placement opportunity available in the College, but students find a job either in a Government hospital or any private Institution soon after completion of the course. There is a great demand for the job.

HIMS celebrates a wide range of events in the College and ensures the participation of students. Annual Days are celebrated in a grand way with colourful programs like dance, music, skit, etc. Quizzes, seminars, webinars, workshops etc. are also organised for the students.

The fee structure of MD course is quite expensive mainly because it is a postgraduate course. There is a great possibility of getting a job soon after completion of the course and the Institute offers every necessary facility. Thus it is not problematic to pay such a huge amount. The fee structure here for MD is about 42.9 Lakhs.

The campus is one of the largest Medical institutions here and it is a huge campus spread over 12 lakhs sq.ft. There is an integrated learning environment. Many extracurricular activities are organised in the College. Well maintained laboratories, library, sports area are all available in the campus.

Yes I've opted for hostel and is satisfied with the facilities offered by them. Food, water and other necessities are of good quality. Everyone is satisfied with everything in the hostel. There are enough rooms that are maintained well with proper electricity availability and ventilation.

I'm happy to talk something about my senior students. They are such an energetic bunch of students with great talents and experience. They motivate and informs us with every necessary thing. We are free to ask them any help at any time.

Admission to HIMS for MD course is entirely based on the performance of the candidates. Those who have passed the NEET PG examination is easily allotted to the College. Along with that there is a counselling session followed by the allotment letter for the deserved students.

The faculty of HIMS is very supportive. They work for the benefit of the students. We have very learned and dedicated team of faculties. They are willing to offer any sort of help to the students. Their friendly approach consoles us often.
