College days

The course is very good because it is a short duration course of 1 year with 6 months of industrial training which is provided by the college. The topics in my course are Cookery, salads - classification, Butchery, Different types of enforcement and their uses, Theory of Breadmaking and Cleaning and care of Larder equipment.

This is the best college in providing jobs and internship, every year students get placed in hotels & resorts like Antara Senior Living A-Max India Enterprise, Fortune ITC, Le Meridian International, Sterling Resort Mount Abu, Le Meridian International, Royal Orchid, JSR Continental, Amayarh Resort, ARK Hotel, Ramada Resort By Wyndham, Adidev Hospitalities Private Limited, Adidev Hospitalities Private Limited, Chokhidhani Group of Resort & Hotel, RAAS Group of Hotel and many more.

The total fees for my course are INR 34,500, which was very feasible and affordable. the diploma has a very good value and provides a very good opportunity in life. so money is not a big problem because the student can reimburse the amount of fees in their first month of job.

Every year the college celebrates international food day, in which special chief guest was invited and students can taste multi-cuisine which was presented by the special chefs. the college has a hostel facility for both girls and boys with regular yoga classes. The college has Quantity Food Kitchen, Bakery, Advance Training Kitchen, Demo Kitchen and Basic Training Kitchen. There is a Restaurant & Mock Bar which is fully air-conditioned and has a capacity of 80 people in one time. The library is one of the attraction of my college which is equipped with feature books and hotel-related magazines.

I always want to join the hotel industry. so, after completing my 10+2 my elder brother suggested me this college and I went to take admission. the admission is on the basis of first come first serve. I filled the application form and paid the admission fees then my admission got confirmed.

The faculty members of my college mostly have experience in the field of hotels and restaurants. they are very much trained in teaching us. They have a lot of knowledge in their field and unique style of teaching makes a hard topic easy. So I can say that my college has good teachers.
